Constellation's global L0 needs a state-channel signer on its seedlist. Without the 3 USDC.dag node IDs, snapshots failed with SignersNotInSeedlist since ordinal 804934, per GitHub. The fix restores these entries; on-chain recovery remains unverified. $DAG #Infrastructure
