I grew up in DC around these families. I remember kids on the playground talking about directed energy weapons, a long time ago. These things have been around since the 50s and the Stazi is suspected of using them on East Germans dissidents 50 years ago. Directions for building a dew out of a microwave oven used to be on the internet. Any talk of aliens and supernatural beings and whatever other nonsense they spew is to create plausible deniability. Explaining away their covert activities as “aliens”. Wouldn’t trust this guy any further than I could throw him.
