Cloning outbid.lol taught me something I didn’t expect:
The leaderboard isn’t the product.
The position change is.
Every outbid creates a story, a screenshot and a reason to share.
That’s the distribution loop most clones copied visually but not behaviorally.
Now I’m testing whether that loop survives in a real-world vertical:
