Aim assist helps. But also I want you guys all to try this exercise. Put your fov down to 60 and shoot bots try to focus heavily on controlling the recoil. Do this for like 10 mins. After 10 mins go back to your standard fov and you will essentially trick your thumbs and muscle memory into heavily focusing on recoil control.
