The terror which the state cannot inflict directly, it inflicts via proxy groups such as violent criminals. Same as in French and Russian revolutions before. pimlicojournal.co.uk/p/a-ver…
Russell Brand: the progressive’s desire to indulge such impulses always precedes his ad-hoc political justifications for doing so.
True of all revolutions and revolutionaries from the Reformation to France to Russia to Keir Hardie to MLK to the Kennedys and Clinton.
I wrote this years ago about how progressive politics is nearly always a mask for sexual permissiveness, and ultimately misogyny. theamericanconservative.com/…
It's obvious that Blofeld is a real count from the way he personally leads the ski chase wearing questionable leather headgear.
Respect (and a large health insurance premium) to the first journalist who puts both his hands on El-Sayeed’s shoulders during a street interview.
Echoes of the West’s tinpot dictators here. One moment nothing but Arden/ Trudeau/ Starmer stands between society and the void; the next they just walk off and are forgotten.
Remember all the confected nonsense about UAE-backed Redbird IMI being blocked from the Telegraph due to "foreign influence over British media"? Looks pretty now shameless, doesn't it.

The demolition of The Telegraph is at least good news for independent media.

Impossible for this lady to understand that Serbia became a bully because it was first bullied, as she starts dictating to the new govt after only a day.
Will it be possible for Serbia to join the EU if the country won’t follow bloc’s Russia sanctions?
“Probably it will not be possible that a country who is not aligning with us on the strategic interest, which is foreign policy and security policy, meaning being together in fighting Russia,” said Marta Kos [@MartaKosEU], European Commissioner for Enlargement, in a special interview with TVP World’s Marcin Zaborowski.
Kos added that the EU hasn’t started talking with Serbia’s new government and will see “how we will be able to move on this field.”

It is unbelievably offensive of Reuters to link the Student List protests in Serbia to what has been happening lately in northern Europe, no matter how desperate it is to excuse the latter.
From the suburbs of Paris to the squares of Belgrade, thousands have taken to the streets. The demands are various but often overlapping — frustrations with shabby schooling facilities, perceived lack of economic opportunity, cost of living, corruption, housing and a sense of not being listened to.
At times those protests triggered violence — with thousands of shops in France alone being damaged or looted in recent weeks — and police firing stun grenades and water cannons.
This weekend they also brought real change — student-led protests culminated in the toppling in an election of Serbia’s long-time leader Aleksandar Vucic after nearly two years of demonstrations against perceived corruption and creeping authoritarianism reut.rs/4zjM88q

I'm cautiously in favour of slavery reparations so long as the amounts that the slaving states have to pay Britain are not excessive.

You often notice that dishonest people on the Left and the Islamo-fascists take genuine egs of great acts of evil or repression (Holocaust, genocide, murderous censorship etc) and appropriate them for their own deceitful victim narratives. I find it utterly disgusting
