I was honoured to receive a Queens Jubilee Medal today for my work on First Responder Mental Health. I would not have received this honour today if it weren’t for my Brothers and Sisters @Regina_Fire and the amazing team @CIPSRT_ICRTSP Thank you all
It took me a long time to share my personal story but hopefully it helps others seek help.

As a dad to 3 kids remember to talk about mental health with them you might be surprised what they say and even more important it might be the invitation they need to get something off their mind #BellLetsTalk
We have stayed at Ronald McDonald House in Calgary 100+ nights over Mica’s medical journey. This place is amazing, we have met many brave kids and their families. We will have to grab some McFlurries tonight.
Replying to @saskryan
Ronald Mconald House is meant to be a safe place for all who are staying there, and with shared spaces, it is incumbent on all who stay there to do a that they can to keep all residents safe.
If anything, I'm surprised there wasn't a vaxx rule much earlier! 2/2

My 3 kids would be so happy to go to WDW in Florida they might forget about all the things they have missed because of COVID. The never ending smile would be the best thing to see #ACToTheMagic
