More than three of every four new Teslas delivered in North America now come with FSD Supervised, a sign that letting the car help drive is becoming the everyday choice, not an extra. Follow us for a glimpse of Your Future Life Now. #YourFutureLifeNow #QuoteOfTheDay
Q3 Shareholder Update → ir.tesla.com
Highlights
– FSD Supervised attach rate grew to over 75% of new vehicle deliveries in NA
– Unveiled the next-gen Roadster
– Record deliveries in Canada, Australia, Japan & Taiwan
– Tesla Semi now in volume production. Top variant can go up to 500 miles at a full 82,000 lbs while achieving efficiency of 1.7 kWh/mile – about a third of the energy a comparable diesel truck burns for the same load
– Ended the quarter with the largest backlog for our passenger vehicles in 4 years!
FSD Supervised
– 4 new approvals since Q2 (Croatia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia)
– FSD is now live in nine EU countries & used by over 100,000 customers logging more than 160 million kilometers since initial approval
Robotaxi
– Deployed Cybercab into our Austin fleet
– Hit nearly 2 million cumulative unsupervised miles, 8x growth in the quarter
– Austin service now runs 6 am to midnight, with wait times continuing to come down as we add cars & improve the orchestration algorithms
– Added Grok to Cybercab with Grok Bot & Connectors, letting you interface with your inbox, calendar, files, chats and tasks, all by voice.
Transport, office & living room in one
Robotics
– Started production of @Tesla_Optimus on our high-volume lines in Fremont.
These are the first production-quality bots we've built, proving that the current manufacturing process for Optimus is suitable for a commercial product
SI Compute
– On track for 400 MW of training compute by year end, feeding both vehicle & humanoid autonomy
– Austin Fab construction continues, equipment commissioning planned for 2027
Battery
– Battery supply is still the limiter on how fast we ramp vehicles globally, so we're expanding on every front: pack capacity in Berlin, cathode and lithium refining in Texas, LFP cells in Nevada
– Shipped the first Megapacks built entirely with our own LFP cells
– Increasing 4680 output to support ramp of Cybercab, Semi & Model Y
Energy
– Megafactory Texas is up & running, with Megapack 3 production started
– Highest-ever order rate & backlog for energy storage
Grid constraints & power availability are making Megapack the answer for SI infrastructure demand: it excels at supplying large data center loads, smooths out demand spikes, helps new projects meet grid connection rules & makes the grid itself more stable
All with less local fossil fuel generation
Supporting Infrastructure
– Added 2,100+ net new Supercharger stalls, up 14% year over year

72-hour public reaction summary: what X actually said about this post.
Anthropic said it is committing a portion of its shares to the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, a new wholly owned entity dedicated to the public benefit. The fund starts with 5% of Anthropic's shares, and the post says more can be added as the company's value rises above a set baseline. The numbers: 7.5M views, 21,540 likes, 2,294 replies, 1,750 reposts, 5,215 bookmarks, 30,799 total engagements. The nuance: the direct replies we read were sharply split. A large share were hostile and political, accusing the fund of becoming a vehicle for causes the repliers dislike, comparing it to USAID, or asking who trusts Anthropic to decide what benefits the public. Others called it an IPO pump from a company that still loses money, and one wanted any payouts taxed heavily with no charitable status. On the supportive side, several said committing equity instead of cash is a real signal and that putting shares out of the company's own reach is what makes a promise costly to break. The sharpest question was governance: because the fund is wholly owned, does the public or Anthropic's board decide what counts as public benefit, and does the fund get any say beyond a share of the upside? One user also used the thread to complain about Claude Code usage limits. The debunk: one reply tied the fund to claims that Anthropic's agents worked 6x the hours of their human users and that it slowed junior hiring. Neither claim is in the post, and we didn't verify them. The post describes a structure for adding shares over time, not a fixed payout schedule. We’re committing a portion of Anthropic’s shares to the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, a new wholly owned entity dedicated entirely to the public benefit.
It will start off with 5% of our shares. For every 50% increase in the company’s value over a set baseline, we can contribute up to an extra 2%, subject to our board’s discretion.
In total, this means that roughly 20% of Anthropic’s shares are committed to the public good. Our co-founders have already pledged to donate 80% of their equity, and around half our employees are donating a portion of their equity as part of a donation matching program we’ve run since our founding.
In the post below, we share more details about our new fund.

GPT-Rosalind pulled a new drug lead from mouse-brain data: helping neurons move cholesterol might keep them from degenerating, a sign AI is opening new paths against rare brain diseases. Follow us for a glimpse of Your Future Life Now. #YourFutureLifeNow #QuoteOfTheDay
GPT-Rosalind surfaced a new lead for drug discovery: could restoring cholesterol transport protect neurons from degeneration?
DCTN1 is a gene linked to Perry syndrome, a rare neurodegenerative disorder. In mouse-brain data, disrupting it increased expression of genes involved in making cholesterol. GPT-Rosalind suggested a possible explanation: cholesterol may not be reaching where neurons need it.
That gives scientists a specific mechanism to test and, if confirmed, a direction for developing new treatments for neurodegenerative disorders.
With @perturbai_tx and @scrippsresearch, a team of thousands of GPT-Rosalind agents worked in parallel, connecting gene-expression results from millions of mouse brain cells with scientific literature in just 32 minutes. We’re now expanding this collaboration to identify new drug targets.

Calif ran GPT-5.6 Sol over PHP's code and it caught a critical flaw in the language behind about 70% of websites, a sign AI is becoming a security check for the sites we use every day. Follow us for a glimpse of Your Future Life Now. #YourFutureLifeNow #QuoteOfTheDay
An OpenAI model just helped find what the company calls "one of the most impactful security issues in recent memory."
The target was PHP, the language behind WordPress and nearly 70% of websites.
Security firm Calif pointed GPT-5.6 Sol at PHP’s code, and it found a critical flaw that could let attackers take over a server without logging in. Wiz found the same bugs independently.
OpenAI then spent two months coordinating the response with PHP’s maintainers, Wiz and Cloudflare.
Patches dropped this morning after details leaked early, but any server that hasn’t updated is still exposed.
The National Security Agency told organizations that can’t update yet to take their systems offline.
