Exactly one year ago, on the eve of the opening of the Assembly of @Synod_va, we gathered for the prayer vigil #Together in Rome and in 222 locations around the world. Daniela from @JesuitRefugee shares her memories!

We will always be filled with gratitude for all those who have made this happen: Pope Francis for his invitation and warm welcome, all the Church leaders for their presence and blessing, as well as the secretariat of the Synod and the Dicastery for Unity. 1/2
We thank as well the many partners, organisations, parishes, sponsors, volunteers!

Praying, praising and walking together as the People of God 🙏
From 29th September- 1st October, the parishes of Rome opened their doors to thousands of young people from different countries and Christian denominations. 1/3
Joining the Together programme, they had the opportunity to be part of 26 workshops on key themes, experience contemporary praise and worship in St John Lateran, walk in pilgrimage to the Vatican, pray in ecumenical fraternity in St Peter's Square on 30th September 2/3
May we continue to walk Together in unity as the People of God!
