In September 2021 I met @LucasMacchia2 and he told me about an amazing vision, to bridge the real world with web3.
He immediately caught my attention and my time, as I joined in. @TokenAllies became part of my life.
For the last 4 years I have proudly been its CTO but also involved with its strategy and business model.

Here’s how $ALLI holders capture value when they participate in governance on Token Allies:
A $10M fund is approved, and funds are raised.
The platform charges a 1% fee ($100,000).
If 10,000,000 $ALLI is used to participate in the vote, and you hold 100,000 (1% of the votes), your share of this fee is $1,000.
Now imagine the fund performs well and exits at $40,000,000.
Based on the 2 percent exit fee for participating $ALLI governors, $800,000 is distributed to the voters involved in that fund.
Using the same voting weight (100,000 $ALLI out of 10,000,000), your share would be $8,000.
A total of $9,000 for simply participating in governance in the DAO.
These are simple examples using a 10M fund.
In a traditional venture, funds are 100M, 1B, or more.
Token Allies brings that scale to a decentralized model where governance is recognized and rewarded!

Saturday, November 29th 2025, it has been 1571 days since I started to be active in Cardano, with my participation in @Catalyst_onX F5, it was a townhall with Charles giving a Keynote. Pretty encouraging and full of vision.
Many things had happened since then, built an amazing community in LATAM, did an active part thru workshops and structured feedback on CIP1694, the spark to create the first decentralized government on chain, becoming a founding member of intersect, participating in its first committees, then in its board, and as an interim ED helped in many ways, with an amazing moment on the validation of the Fork to move us into Voltaire.
During most of those years, together with @LucasMacchia2 we have been building, relentlessly and with huge passion and effort @TokenAllies our dream to shape a new era to enable anyone in the community to participate in funding the next 🦄 in Cardano, via an innovative equity investment mechanism.
Now the moment of truth has arrived and we need you to finally make this dream a reality.
