Hey! I’ve got a new chapbook that you can pre-order now from the wonderful @theredceilings. It’s, um, a mini-epic of anthropocene modernism, or something. It’s super-limited, so get it it here or slip me a DM theredceilingspress.co.uk/pr…

I had the absolute best time at @supersonicfest. So many really great acts crammed into 12 hours. I wrote about it for @klofmag if anyone wants to know why I think it’s the best festival in the UK. klofmag.com/2025/09/live-rev…
Highlights included @richarddawson12, the @Parkis and @MariawHorn project Funeral Folk, Jackie-O Motherfxcker and Hedgling.
The new one from Tenniscoats/Shabason/Krgovich is utterly beautiful, and was a genuine pleasure to write about.
Reviewed: Shabason, Krgovich, Tenniscoats – Wao - This outwardly unassuming album is as wise and beautiful and unexpected as anything currently happening in the furthest-flung outposts of music. klofmag.com/2025/08/shabason…
Cool to have 3 (three) of my poems in the latest edition of Confluence magazine. Subjects include the Cottingley Fairies, crowdfunded funerals and a Han Kang book launch. If you would like a read but don’t have the funds to buy the mag: drop me a message. confluencemagazine.co.uk/con…

Some incredibly kind and well-written words about my new chapbook by @tsdenizen in @eulogypress - ‘so fed up it’s hysterical’ is going on my gravestone.
Excited to announce Peach Epoch, my new chapbook with the wonderful @theredceilings. It’s a bit of a departure from my last one: more poems, shorter poems, poems that are both more accessible and more personal. Shout if you want to buy it or review it! theredceilingspress.co.uk/pr…
This album is absolutely class.
The press response for @averyfriedman's 'New Thing' album has been pretty incredible.
So many great sites and writers saying such nice things about this debut.
Please check the album out if you haven't. It's on every streaming service + tapes, vinyl and downloads on @Bandcamp
Really pleased to have my poem published by Stone of Madness Press. It’s a beautifully presented online journal and the work is consistently excellent. Head on over there! stoneofmadnesspress.com/tom-…
Songwriter Ed Askew has died. He was a real one-off. I wrote a poem about him a couple of years ago, and it’s just been published by KLOF.
Read Tom Blake’s poem about Ed Askew – ‘He Is 82 Years Old Now’. Ed, an outsider folk musician, passed away recently; Tom called him “one of the finest, most big-hearted, most underappreciated songwriters of his or anyone else‘s generation.” klofmag.com/2025/01/he-is-82…
Really sad to hear that Ed Askew has died, aged 84. Ed was one of the finest, most big-hearted, most underappreciated songwriters of his or anyone else‘s generation. I wrote this weird little poem about him a couple of years ago.
Guys, don’t forget to spruce up your seasonal playlists with the new @heyitsfrog Xmas song. It’s a little masterpiece. heyitsfrog.bandcamp.com/trac…
Best jazz album of the year.
Featuring four of America’s most potent musicians, all performing at the top of their game, Jeff Parker’s ‘The Way Out of Easy’ might just be the best jazz album of 2024. Another win for the ever-reliable Chicago label @intlanthem. klofmag.com/2024/12/jeff-par…
