This is a man running for the 2028 GOP nomination. And if he were on a ballot today against the two other most often mentioned possibilities for 2028, he would win and leave the other two in the dust.

We are seeing a lot of foolish people putting up dumb posts today suggesting that Marco Rubio should be the 2028 GOP nominee.
Have people always been this stupid or is social media dumbing them down?
We see some people mindlessly suggesting that Marco Rubio should be the 2028 GOP nominee for president. No idea why.
Rubio has a troublesome past. Personal friendships with drug lords. Participation in Miami gay foam bath parties. An arrest record for late evening "activities" in closed Miami public parks known as gay pick up hot spots. A record in 2016 of publicly making "penis jokes" on national television with families and children watching.
These are not "presidential." Not at all.
Rubio's record as SecState ranks somewhere between a very low average to sub-par performance. As Secretary of State, Rubio is the face of America in International Affairs. He's accomplished very little in that role other than serving as Donald Trump's Diet Coke "step'n'fetchit" gofer on a few of Trump's international overseas trips.
Rubio on his own? His 2026 international travel schedule is shockingly unremarkable and his overall schedule of meeting with world leaders as Secretary of State since taking office is an embarrassment. It's not impressive at all.
How many times has Rubio put any meetings together with the biggest names on the world stage?
Putin? Never.
Xi Jinping? Never.
Kim Jong Un? Never.
Any leader in Iran? Never.
Any prime minister in Canada? Never.
Sheinbaum in Mexico? Once.
I could go on. The list is pretty dismal. The most active international travel Rubio has done is travel to Israel. I'm not against Israel but the simple fact is Israel needs us more than we need them. Israel doesn't need to be Rubio's #1 priority. And his constant interactions with Israel only demonstrate that it's easy to set up lots of meetings with them. What does he need to be doing constantly in Israel? We have much bigger problems on the world stage.
If anyone were to do a college paper on Rubio's resume as Secretary of State two years into this administration, the only reasonable conclusion to arrive at is that he's done a marginal job. Low average or sub par.
And the belief that he should be the front runner for 2028? Based on his job performance as SecState? Well that's about as dumb and laughabie as it gets.
And at this point, that next leader is not looking like Vance and it sure as Hell shouldn't be Rubio with his arrest record for "after hours" activity in Miami gay parks.
Watch DeSantis closely.

-We have free speech on the internet
If we fix most of the reasons why we lost, we’ll do a lot better in 2028.
