Great night last night modelling for the Outside The Box group … even managed to find a convenient nail in the ceiling to hold onto to allow for a dynamic 10min pose with my arm in the air … even the quick 3 & 5 min poses came out wonderfully :)

You wouldn’t be hearing the @RickyFestival main arena with out the support of the @DJCtechs team - and there has to be the obligatory ‘sound desk photo’ at some point in the weekend …

No pressure on getting the sound right for the @DJCtechs - but this is just the morning crowd for the @RickyFestival …. It’s only going to get busier as the day continues!!

Love the fact I just got an email from @thameswater about how to save water … yet the leak they fixed in Chinnor the other day has started leaking again from the same place - think they need to look closer to their own infrastructure rather than preaching to the customers first

Had an awesome day as Ironman at @RiversideHemel for their event - thanks for having me. Hope to be invited back next year 😀 Thanks also goes to Rachael Watson and Emily for being my support team to get me dressed, fed and watered during the day.

I was going to post how far I had walked around the picnic area of Rickmansworth Aquadrome for @RickyFestival … but seems my running GPS watch died with the amount of data tracked!! from memory it was around 6miles+ for each day of Fri, Sat and Sun! - but can’t prove it :(

Well, after 3years due to Covid lockdown … @RickyFestival is back on and I’m in my home in the van doing main stage sound for @DJCtechs #RickyFestival

A few photos from this morning… after 3x 2min quick drawings (one photo) … we moved onto 2 x 50 min poses but done as pose1 for 25min, pose 2 for 25min … break … back to pose 1 for 25min and then back to pose 2 for 25min #malemodel #lifemodel #lifedrawing

Hmmmm - Twitter has reminded me it’s my birthday - lol

Great session last night - was working high up on a table, thus the artists had a very different perspective to draw from … wish I’d taken more photos of their drawings, but they hid them away too quick for me! #malemodel #lifedrawing

Always upsets me to see that running attire for males is always predominantly boring black ... look at female attire and it’s colourful :( @brooksrunning
