This is engagement bait. This crypto bros channel has not been terminated or suspended. They are intentionally pretending it is for engagement and pitty.

How did they send the data back?
Hit reply and added attachments with all the data? Or uploaded to random "government" Dropbox?
All of this seems hard to believe, no sane compliance team would do this.
