Kidney 👏 function 👏 in 👏 acute 👏 HF 👏 is 👏 determined 👏 by 👏 CVP 👏 not 👏 cardiac 👏 output NEVER give IV fluids to a HF patient with renal failure unless you’ve checked congestion (echo cath Swan whatever)

The fact the UK was the fastest growing economy in the G7 last year - as well as avoiding recession - shows our economy is more resilient than many feared. we are not out the woods yet. It’s a tough time for many. We need to stick to our plan to halve inflation this year.

Katy works for me. She is single & earns less than 30k, rents a room for £775pcm in Central London, has student debt, £120 a month on travelling to work saves money every month, goes on foreign holidays & does not need to use a foodbank. Katy makes my point really well.
