Ok. Enough is enough.
This narrative is completely and objectively false.
We tried to stay above this and do what's best for the community, but this entire year Kael has been looking for any excuse to abandon the token he wanted to badly.
Before I start: Kael is clearly a bad actor. He's made this abundantly clear in his last message.
Where does this start?
Kael, the creator of Nobody Sausage came to us to launch a token. We helped facilitate this. We put the right partners in front of him and did as we were told by him. And yes, in this regard he did sign documents, so the token has every right to operate.
Token launched. Then he needed help to run treasury, community and even content.
For this more involved work we said OK on a hand-shake, but under the premise that we'd have a longer term relationship between HEEBOO and Nobody Sausage.
This was a strategic choice for us. We have a great web3 brand, maybe if we help out this big web2 brand we can all win, right?
Obviously, this is our regrettable mistake: not signing something.
So what happens next?
We accrue hundreds of hours of creative time from our team to help out his brand.
We set up multiple deals to push the brand in web3, culminating in having Nobody Sausage on Netflix in the biggest boxing fight of the year.
That felt like a good time to get a proper deal in place, token was approaching $100m mkt cap, tons of deals lined up, everyone is happy. We've done a good job over more than 6 months and invested a great deal to make that happen.
Kael has done nothing but praise us and participate along the whole journey at this point. Of course, we are met with No. Not once or twice, but over months, No No No. No deal.
You'd think at this point we'd call it quits.
But we didn't because we didn't want to leave the community hanging.
And, Kael had tactfully deceived us into putting our reputation behind his brand in web3 in order to hold us hostage. And we were hostages indeed.
So we worked out that we would continue getting deals in place for the token, on a deal by deal basis where hed sign off on each.
At this point most of the money we've spent on this is not contracted, it was an investment we made, however we directly spent ~$500k not from treasury, not from token allocations, not from any of that, all of that has always gone directly towards the benefit of nobody sausage. We spent that money directly in US Dollar cash from our own balance sheet. Kael made a concerted effort to drag his feet on this repayment so that it never had to be made. We have the receipts. This is, in fact, the ONLY legal document between the two parties (Kael, has your "lawyer" taken a look at this?)
Ok. So certainly now you'd expect us to call it quits? No.
We kept finding deals. Kael agreed and signed, then let us invest time and money, then killed them. The pattern continued...
First he did this with the LV Sphere. We spent months lining it up, doing all the creative work, he cancelled this the morning of the closing meeting itself.
Then, the one most people will know about, he did this with the blind boxes. But this time he dragged third-parties and the community directly into the mud.
He did not cancel this before it launched, not even a month after it launched, not before marketing dollars and the pre-sale event (which he partook in whole heartedly), no, he did not even cancel this after the first prototyping of the product, he cancelled after a dozen prototypes. Again, in a concerted effort where he clearly expressed he wasn't even looking at the prototypes, he just wanted to cancel it.
At this point things started bubbling over. Obviously we now had an issue that affected more than just us.
To this day, every single party involved in the blind boxes is prepared to produce, ship and deliver them, except Kael.
Keep note of this. If Kael says YES right now, everyone gets their blind boxes. He doesnt need to pay money, he doesnt need to lift a finger, he doesnt need to do anything at all, just say "go ahead". Instead, he'd rather mentally masturbate with his ChatGPT lawyer.
To make matters worse, he began selling his token allocation throughout this period. Yes, he has complete and full control over the creator wallet that holds (or held) 10% of the token.
He began ignoring us completely on all fronts, and we couldn't push anything through.
At this point we announced the divorce.
OH BUT HE SENT LEGAL LETTERS YOU SAY!?!
No. He didnt. He sent us some ChatGPT babble that made little to no sense. Its not even addressed to our company. How could it be? We have no agreements together EXCEPT for one: He owes us $500k.
What did his legal ChatGPT babble ask for? Here are some highlights:
-An invoice for every transaction in the liquidity pool.....
-To terminate a frozen smart contract for the token (!?)
-Not to give any airdrops of any tokens to any holders of the NOBODY token (Yes. Really.)
Those are only some of the highlights.
Our counter proposal has been always to
(1) bring him into the community on TG (this is a public channel that I believe everyone at this point has sent him an invite to)
(2) give him the keys to the treasury. There is still money in there that can be used for a number of things. (Yes, we ran the treasury because he didn't know how crypto wallets work, but yes we always followed his instructions on this, to the point that we didnt even take $500k owed to us from the very treasury wallets that could pay us back) Oh, and yes, he suddenly does know how to operate a crypto wallet when its time to sell his own allocation tho.
(3) work out the loose ends on the blind boxes.
Also, when all of this kicked off, we immediately were active in the community. We jumped in and offered explanation in that forum, we did not want to extend this publicly.
We gave an explanation, and I personally sent ALL of the relevant documents/conversations/invoices/wire transfer info to a community-elected representative. They've seen it, in confidence, and confirmed for that community that none of what I'm saying is bs.
It is clear today that Kael is a bad actor, trying to abandon this community, and we're doing everything we can not to let that happen. (And, fwiw, it did come to our attention much later in this journey that he had previously launched and abandoned a token. He said this was a hack of his account, but in retrospect, he takes his social account security very seriously, so that feels unlikely now knowing what we know.)
We've lost close to a million dollars on our pursuit of a proper deal with Nobody Sausage. We feel the pain.
We continue to work towards the best possible outcome for the community. We will let that million bucks burn, that's fine, but we want to push for a better outcome to deliver the blind boxes and transition the token to a working state.
Our very real lawyers are on the case.
I said I would wait until I got answers. I waited.
What came back was a spreadsheet. No invoices. No contracts. No dates.
When we asked for the documents behind it, we were told it's private and can't be shared.
So I'm not taking it over. I'm not signing my name to something I've never been allowed to look inside.
The token was created, launched and run by @Claynosaurz and @HeebooOfficial . The deals around it were signed by them. I have never held the keys.
I'm not taking the token, the treasury, the wallets or the Telegram. That was theirs to run and it still is.
Nobody has any right to use my characters or my brand. That stays true if it goes to anyone else.
I've been asking for transparency for more than a year. I spent my own money and time on lawyers trying to get answers. I still haven't seen one single document.
I know this isn't what people wanted to hear. Thanks to everyone who was patient with me.
If you hear again that it's up to me, or that everything is ready for me to take over, it isn't. Nothing is waiting on me. The invoices and contracts are still missing. This is my answer and it won't change.
Next week I'm going back to posting my usual videos and art.
Have a nice weekend, everyone.

Faith. Hope. Trust.
These are the merits by which community and holders measure us. It’s the reason people stick around early on.
They stand in the absence of fundamentals.
Sometimes those fundamentals are not absent at all, but instead ignored in favor of quicker interpretation.
The quickest interpretation, and what is often favored in the current environment, is the chart itself. This creates a self fulfilling cycle of non belief, rests on hope alone, and does not extend any analysis beyond itself.
The band-aid fix is to “help” the chart.
If you’re building nothing at all, then that’s the game you’ve got to play. That’s the category most people are accustomed when it comes to tokens.
But ask yourself, what does it look like if the underlying is actually building something?
The analysis is different.
What’s the idea? How does it make money? Can this team execute?
Let me help you understand @HeebooOfficial on that basis.
What’s the idea?
The creator economy has nowhere to thrive. It’s a growing business with talent that gets absorbed into gatekept supply chains like studios financing, or algo-based success on YouTube (that often still ends badly)
HEEBOO is an open platform studio.
It’s an agent for the creator.
It’s a place to discover, contribute, be recognized and monetarily rewarded for a fan.
How does it make money?
Crowdfunding: $3b/year market, and it offers nothing in return. HEEBOO captures this and funnels 10% of crowdfunding back towards the purchase of $HEEEBOO
Data: the richest data for original IP originates on HEEBOO. Studios are guessing and have given up but still spend over $100b-200b /year on content. The data informs those decisions. That data lives on HEEBOO and requires $HEEBOO to access
Can this team execute?
Moving from a predominantly NFT based company (at least publicly facing) to token, means we’ve picked up a bunch of holders that don’t know us.
Highlights from our team:
- worked on franchises including Jurassic Park, Lego Movie, Game of Thrones, Spider man
- lead branding strategy for Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Nike, Apple
- co-managed and ran $500m+ institutional private credit portfolio
- led marketing for mutilple game launches including assassins creed
- lead project manager on biggest solar farm project in Canada
That may all sound impressive but what about web3?
- we built @Claynosaurz (biggest NFT collection by mkt cap on Solana)
- held some of the biggest community events in 2023 and 2024
- first to popularize poap TCG cards with NFTs in them (at those events)
- biggest NFT launch of 2025 (Popkins)
- first web3 IP to be on any stream - Clayno is on Amazon Prime
- we were the first (or at least one of the first) to use the pNFT, compressed NFT and core NFT standards on Solana
- we’ve built considerable infrastructure on SUI as well
- our dev team is both web3 native and has deep experience for decades building for start ups and institutions alike
Also, we’re all doxxed. We aren’t hiding. Some of you have litteraly been to home, many of you have been to our office. We’ve broken bread and rank together. We are a community. We aren’t going anywhere.

When we built Claynos 4 years ago, there was no direct comparable. So it was hard for people to understand what we wanted to do. There was no map. Same with Pudgys, by the way. That’s what happens when you don’t follow other people’s playbooks, and you set out to build your own metas. What we’re doing is novel, and in hindsight the bets make sense.
Years later, we’re considered a flagship NFT brand across any chain. We have also created trends. Starting from nothing, we built a creator-led brand that today is recognized for its innovation in community-driven storytelling, digital-first animation, collectibles, and social media strategy. We’ve won more than 40 industry awards (against Sony, Pixar, Riot, Disney and including the Webbys) and grown into an IP ecosystem spanning content with over 2 billion views including micro-episodes now streaming on Prime Video. The brand grew from short-form social content into an expanding million-dollar IP ecosystem spanning animation, games, experiences, collectibles, and products. That was unfathomable 4 years ago. And we did that with you.
Throughout our journey, which is still just the beginning, Collectors have been airdropped thousands of dollars worth of collectibles or tokens, and have won through our alpha teams many times. We’ve held events all over the world with thousands of people. And more intimate networking ones too. We’ve given away thousands of merch units to collectors. We have built value for the collectibles as was promised. Everything else has been because we chose to.
We gave away 15% of our company to collectors. We did not have to. We have proven our ability to deliver, and our values over and over.
All of these successes you’re now a part owner in, and you’ll benefit from in the future. Everything we do now benefits you because of the value that is accrued as we build this. And we will continue to add substantial value to our ecosystem.
That’s why we built HEEBOO, so we can continue to win together in the long term. Big wins happen when you disrupt. Disruption is never obvious at the start. But neither was claynos. For community wins, the creator must win too. When the HEEBOO platform launches in fall and as projects launch and succeed, so will you. That is the point. Just like finding coins on pumpfun early, if you’re good at finding IP early, and participating, you will win. Only it’s not PVP.
PVE > PVP
A riff on SimpleFarmer’s ethos: Our North Star is to bring more fans and more capital onchain by executing on high-level EntertainmentFi technologies and helping those brands launch and scale in a sustainable way, while aligning those that discover and support those brands.
What people fail to understand about TGEs is that they mark the start of the journey, never the finish line.
If @HeebooOfficial is going to be the foundation for the creator economy it couldn't live off the hype train but rather rely on a curated set of superfans who will still be here 10 years from now.
The clues were all there. The tokens allocated to the community are not tied to the nfts but rather the collector. This is by design.
It depegs the @Claynosaurz assets from the success of Heeboo but rewards its fans. Soon people holding and staking Clayno assets will be here because they both love and believe in what the team is building.
A herd of superfans.
So if you're like me, just grab some popcorn and sit down. The movie is about to start and I have a feeling it's going to be a banger.
Price action today doesn't change the bigger picture. @Claynosaurz launched just after FTX, deep in a bear market. Now they're on Prime Video with a full series in production. Much of the same team is behind @HeebooOfficial. I trust them to build again. 🟣
What’s next for HEEBOO?
First, the problem.
New IP has nowhere to grow. There is no fertile ground for it. A creator can make anything now, but there is no environment where an idea can put down roots, gather real fans, and prove people care.
So what happens?
Studios stop funding original properties. Or they fund them on instinct, with no demand data behind the bet, and spend nine figures finding out if they guessed right.
Both outcomes end the same way. Fewer new franchises. More sequels of things that got their audience decades ago.
What actually makes the ground fertile?
The rails web3 spent a decade building, finally pointed at something worth doing:
• permanent attribution, so being early is provable years later and not just a claim
• portable identity, so the status a fan earns on one project follows them to every other
• escrowed, milestone-based funding, so capital releases when a creator ships
• a token that lets value move between creators and fans
@HeebooOfficial is the fertile ground. Fans participate from the beginning, their contribution is attributed permanently, and what grows out of it is the one thing nobody in entertainment has ever had: proof of demand before the money is spent.
We did it once already. @Claynosaurz hit $12M+ and a million fans before any show, movie, or game existed. And now we are going to do it again and again.

Over the past few years, the @Claynosaurz team has proven the model @HeebooOfficial now wants to bring to other IPs: build digital-first, grow with fans, then scale.
