Today I joined @1_neighborhood to break ground on The Avenue, which will preserve/create 85 apartments. And, all of the units are affordable!
This is exactly the type of development we need more of: collaboration btwn local, state & federal partners to increase housing stock.
Projects of scale like this like this are what will help move the needle on the housing crisis. As Speaker @JoeShekarchi said, “We need thousands more of the Avenues”. Congrats to @jenhawkinsonenb and the entire @1_neighborhood team!
