All jokes aside, I understand that many of you are hurting today.
So here is my practical advice:
1. Donāt buy short-dated calls.
2. Donāt use margin.
3. Donāt sell purely because you are scared.
4. Donāt do anything reckless to āmake backā the money you lost today or over the past few weeks.
Accept that weeks in which we all take a big, fat L are part of the game.
The next rally will come. And when every high-beta stock gets crushed at the same time, it creates new opportunities to buy great companies that become indiscriminately oversold during a broad risk-off selloff.
My YTD return has fallen from more than 360% to around 250%, and that is completely fine.
When you invest in frontier technology, high-growth companies, and especially AI infrastructure, you can generate life-changing returns, but you must also endure extraordinary volatility.
The future is uncertain, so there will always be new periods of doubt. Exactly because AI is real and amazing, people become excessively optimistic, and even the greatest companies eventually become overvalued. The market then inevitably overcorrects, selling everything at once as narrative, margin calls and panic all reinforce each other.
Each new wave takes us higher. Then we pull back, consolidate, and repeat.
I am perfectly comfortable gaining several hundred percent, rapidly giving back a fraction of those gains, and repeating the process. I have made a ridiculous amount of money by ācrashingā over and over again during the past few years :)
The key is consistency.
If you're emotinal you will again and again get excited around the top and then sell in peak panic.
Simple test is this: if you wanna sell now, you're emotional. If you have to force yourself to NOT go crazy on margin or lever up, you think of it the right way, because you have conviction we will go much higher, but you're also disciplined enough to know you can't time it and path dependency can still screw you.
Make enough money during every rally by remaining invested in the market, owning high-quality companies, and identifying the clear winners. That was $NVDA over the past few years, $NBIS since last year, and it might be something else that appears obvious in hindsight soon enough.
Keep it simple. Donāt overthink, but donāt react emotionally either.
tl;dr
Yes, this move hurts. The next move higher will take us much further. Absorb the pain, remain patient, and wait for the next rally, because it will be glorious :)
After everything we have learned as a community about the strongest companies in AI, there is very little reason to panic.
By today you should understand what the rise of AI agents will mean for inference demand. You should understand the economic implications. And you should not even flinch when people start talking about āoverbuilding.ā

$NBIS demand is infinite. And with that said, Arkady and his team eat and breath AI. Zuck and crew are pivoting from the failed metaverse and mid VR glasses.
Who do you think customers will choose?
Answer: it doesnāt even matter because demand is infinite.
Let me remind all $NBIS bulls that just a few weeks ago Nebius' CCO Tom Blackwell literally told me "demand from hyperscalers is INFINITE".
Nebius "only" makes 50% of their revenue from hyperscalers by choice.
The margin from selling to enterprises directly is higher.
Hyperscaler demand is definitely not weaking.
just "trust me bro" on this one.
That being said I have no idea how long market will panic irrationally over a nonissue. Sometimes it just does its thing š¤·š»āāļø

$NBIS past week has been nothing but phenomenal but there is much more to come I will explain it with numbers.
First let me say that I have no idea how fast this cycle will move but all signs tend to believe its all coming together at ultra fast speed... so dont take this as final word just assuming the 5GW just tried to make it visual.
$NVDA mentioned they want to build 5GW until 2030. If Nebius needed to achieve that it would need a Capex investment around $180B...
$NBIS have achieved $46B in deals so far. We would need at least $96-120B in deals to fund a large part of the build it will not come all at once (every year we advance) but price & market cap need to move so they keep dilution at a minimum.
Nebius doesn't need $180B in their bank account. The 60% customer prepayment model means Microsoft and Meta are effectively financing the build. The $46B+ in contracted backlog isn't just revenue it's a construction financing mechanism. The creditworthiness of $MSFT and $META allows Nebius to borrow at near-investment-grade rates against those contracts, dramatically reducing the equity capital required.
* Nebius designs its own servers bypassing OEM margins saves 15-25% on hardware.
* Preferred NVIDIA pricing: the $2B strategic partnership includes pricing advantages
* Not all 5GW will be built simultaneously... later phases benefit from technology cost deflation (GPUs get cheaper per FLOP every generation)
* Customer prepayments fund 60% of CapEx, this doesn't reduce cost but changes the cash outlay dynamics
$180B to build 5GW. Sounds enormous. But with $46B+ contracted, 60% customer-funded, and $50B+ annual revenue potential at maturity innthis time frame, the math not only works... it's how hyperscalers are built.

$NBIS UPDATE: Nebius was added to the Bloomberg 500 (B500) Index, a rules-based benchmark of the 500 largest U.S. companies by float-adjusted market cap (totaling ~$58 trillion) š„š„
This is part of the March 2026 reconstitution, with the change effective prior to trading on March 12, 2026 (alongside 10 other additions, primarily in technology).
This is clearly bullish for the stock because it triggers automatic purchases from passive ETFs and funds tracking the B500 (such as Strive 500 ETF with >$1B AUM), boosting demand, liquidity, institutional visibility, and credibility in the hot AI sector.
The addition could start lifting the stock price in the very short term through growing awareness and anticipation over the next few trading days, with the most noticeable positive impact (potentially a several-percent uplift) concentrated around the March 12 rebalancing when index funds rebalance and execute buys, followed by possible sustained support from broader investor interest.

$NBIS just released a whitepaper on "The Economics of AI Clusters." š§
This paper is a clear breakdown of what actually drives the cost structure of foundation model training, and how $NBIS' vertically integrated AI cloud architecture is designed to make that process dramatically more efficient.
Here are the key takeaways:
1) AI workloads are massively expensive, but most inefficiency is hidden.
AI infrastructure takes up the largest share of total project cost. GPUs and accelerators deliver huge performance gains over CPUs but come with steep energy, networking, and cooling requirements.
In $NBIS' example, training a large language model on a 3,000-GPU cluster costs about $144k per day, and can easily reach several million dollars over a multi-week training cycle.
But the real problem isn't just price, it's utilization. Average GPU utilization (MFU) for large-scale training hovers around 45-55%, meaning nearly half of GPU capacity sits idle due to code inefficiencies, interruptions, or system limits.
2) $NBIS quantifies the problem, and how it fixes it.
Using a 3,000-GPU training example, the whitepaper compares Nebius to Cloud X, a āfictional baseline GPU provider operating at industry-standard reliability.ā
On Cloud X, the 3-day theoretical training job stretches to ~190 hours (8 days) once failures, checkpointing, and setup time are factored in.
Nebiusā infrastructure, built for AI from the ground up, reduces that to 152 hours, saving roughly 40 hours per job (a 21% improvement).
How? Because its clusters are more reliable and recover far faster when failures occur.
$NBIS' systems show an average 33-hour mean time between failures (MTBF) and a 12-minute mean time to recovery (MTTR), versus roughly 9.8 hours and 1 hour, respectively, for standard setups.
These improvements cut downtime and wasted computation, leading to faster completion and higher GPU utilization.
3) Higher hourly prices, but lower total costs.
Even with a higher per-GPU-hour price ($3.50 vs. $2.80 for Cloud X), $NBIS achieves nearly identical total job costs, and its efficiency translates into roughly 25% higher GPU cost efficiency, freeing up about $400k in GPU value on a single 3,000-GPU training run.
Example (NVIDIA HGX H200):
⢠Total training time: 189.8h vs 152.1h
⢠Training job cost: both ~$1.59 M
⢠Saved GPU time: 2.2h vs 39.9h
⢠Saved GPU cost: $18k vs $419k
This assumes a company reserved an 8-day (192-hour) 3,000-GPU cluster for the job. That āsaved GPU costā represents the value of idle compute avoided, efficiency that translates into roughly 25% higher GPU cost efficiency for $NBIS.
For large AI labs running multiple foundation-model training cycles per year, that advantage compounds into millions of dollars in annual savings, even when total job costs look nearly identical.
4) Beyond hardware: operational savings compound the advantage.
$NBIS layers multiple cost-saving features on top of its core infrastructure:
⢠Free expert support from in-house AI engineers (no consulting fees)
⢠Managed orchestration tool Soperator, which automates Slurm cluster management, saving dozens of DevOps hours per week
⢠No buffer capacity charges, as $NBIS maintains a shared spare-node pool, cutting cluster costs by 10-20%
Even when using higher-end NVIDIA B200 GPUs, these combined efficiencies result in hundreds of thousands in savings per training run compared to industry-standard providers.
5) $NBIS isn't trying to be another general-purpose cloud, it's building a vertically integrated AI cloud purposely engineered for training, fine-tuning, and inference of foundation models.
By owning the full stack (custom hardware, proprietary software, and energy-efficient data centers), $NBIS controls utilization, uptime, and total cost efficiency.
Most people don't realize it yet, but the real race in AI infrastructure isn't about who has the most GPUs, it's about who can extract the most value from every GPU hour.
All in all, $NBIS is positioning itself as one of the most efficient AI infrastructure providers in the market, tackling the next bottleneck in AI scaling: cost per model trained.

āWe may have other tech invented requiring a lot less power to give the same or better outputs.ā

Letās think this through step by step.
1. The current proof point
Avride just crossed 100,000+ autonomous deliveries at Ohio State. That makes it the largest robot deployment in the U.S. right now. It proves that:
ā¢Universities can handle scaled fleets (hundreds of bots at once).
ā¢Students actually use the service at volume.
ā¢Grubhub and similar partners are willing to integrate.
Thatās a critical de-risking milestone.
2. The addressable market (universities)
There are roughly 4,000+ colleges and universities in the U.S.. Not all are large enough, but say the top 300ā500 schools could support full deployments (Big Ten, SEC, Pac-12, large state schools, Ivy/elite privates).
If each major campus had ~50ā200 robots operating, the scale is enormous.
ā¢Ohio State alone (60k+ students) could easily generate millions of deliveries per year.
ā¢If replicated across 300 large universities, youāre talking about tens to hundreds of millions of annual deliveries.
3. Revenue model
Autonomous delivery businesses make money a few ways:
ā¢Delivery fees / revenue share: $1ā$2 per delivery margin.
ā¢Partnerships with Grubhub/Uber Eats/DoorDash.
ā¢Advertising / data monetization (brands paying to reach students through the bots).
Letās assume:
ā¢$1.25 profit per delivery (conservative).
ā¢2M deliveries per large university per year (plausible at schools with 30kā60k students).
ā¢300 universities onboard.
Thatās 600M deliveries Ć $1.25 ā $750M annual EBITDA potential.
4. Valuation multiple
Autonomous delivery and robotics companies (Nuro, Starship, Serve Robotics) tend to be valued like high-growth robotics/AI infrastructure: 8ā15Ć forward revenue if growth is strong.
If Avride reaches even $1B in annual revenue at scale, you could argue for a $8ā15B valuation.
If they grow beyond universities into corporate campuses, hospitals, and cities, the TAM is far larger, potentially supporting $20B+ valuations.
Bottom line:
If Avride expands from Ohio State to all major universities, youāre likely looking at a $8ā15B standalone valuation, with upside into the $20B+ range if it pushes into adjacent markets.

$NBIS and $CRWV growing like crazy shouldn't be surprising.
Satya Nadella publicly explained 6 months ago on a podcast that $MSFT would be leasing a lot of capacity going forward rather than building all itself.
Here is what I think is happening:
These neo-cloud businesses, both $NBIS and $CRWV, exist solely because $NVDA wants them to exist.
Nvidia has an equity stake in both companies, and they are both members of the Nvidia Partners Program. Nvidia grants early access to its chips to the partners.
Nvidia does that because it knows all hyperscalers, especially $MSFT and $AMZN, are racing to develop their own cutting-edge GPUs, as this is their biggest cost in scaling cloud operations.
Nvidia knows that if they are allowed to control the supply, it will prolong the upgrade cycles and reduce orders to gain time to develop its own chips.
This is why it's providing early access to the neo-clouds that are 100% dependent on Nvidia chips. Hyperscalers know that if they delay orders for the fresh capacity, the demand will shift to the neo-clouds that can build capacity fast with the support of $NVDA.
Thus, $NVDA corners hyperscalers and strategically compels them to put new orders and cripples their ability to focus on their own chips.
$MSFT sees this and says, "If this is the case, I'll just lease the capacity from the neo-clouds."
It's basically a strategic response to $NVDA. It leases the bulk of their capacity, making them dependent on it. So, if $MSFT backs down, they'll have a really hard time staying alive.
There is a small window of opportunity here for neo-clouds.
If they can scale beyond hyperscalers and form a fragmented customer base, they may keep thriving even if hyperscalers reduce leases.
Currently, $NBIS has a better shot at it than $CRWV, as $MSFT already makes up 72% of its revenue.
I am long $NBIS, and I have already made 4x of money in the stock.
I'll remain long $NBIS and even grow my position, but I'll remain skeptical of $CRWV for its unfavorable strategic position, as I explained above.

AsĀ weĀ continue toĀ access the capital that weĀ need toĀ capture the substantial growth opportunity ahead, weĀ will remain focused onĀ mitigating shareholder dilution and maintaining appropriate levels ofĀ debt onĀ favorable terms.
Our strong balance sheet and our recently announced agreement with Microsoft give usĀ anĀ opportunity toĀ further optimize our capital structure and cost ofĀ funding. For example, weĀ expect toĀ finance the associated capital expenditures through aĀ combination ofĀ cash flows under the arrangement and the issuance ofĀ debt secured against the contract and related infrastructure, atĀ terms that reflect the credit quality ofĀ the counterparty.
WeĀ remain focused onĀ diversifying our funding sources and believe that our June 2025Ā convertible notes, and the convertible notes weĀ are offering today, enable usĀ toĀ access significant pools ofĀ capital. Our convertible notes have been designed toĀ limit potential shareholder dilution through high effective conversion premium levels, and toĀ minimize financing cash costs while preserving flexibility toĀ manage our balance sheet proactively through tailored call features.
Each time weĀ have accessed the capital markets, investors have supported our efforts toĀ move atĀ aĀ faster pace toĀ expand our capacity, enabling usĀ toĀ more effectively meet the strong and growing demand for AIĀ compute.
