How can you master AI in CRE when everything's changing so fast? We've built a solution for that. Here's what we're doing👇 I've been showing AI tips & tactics CRE pros for over 2 years in the form of presentations, newsletters and social media posts, and I get similar feedback across the board: "Those are cool examples and I want to use AI but I have NO idea where to start." "I need a place where I can learn to do this stuff from start to finish" "I took an AI course but it felt out of date by the time I finished it." "I'm using AI but I keep getting lost and I have SO MANY QUESTIONS." So I've teamed up with Jonathan Buckelew (VP of Asset Management at PEAK) and Nadine Ezzie (CRE Attorney, AI Consultant, former tech exec) to build the comprehensive platform where you can learn to master AI for CRE, using the same formats WE'VE used to learn to leverage tech in our industry. ⚡ Weekly step-by-step video lessons, showing you how to streamline your CRE workflows from start to finish using AI & automations. ✋ LIVE training sessions so you can get real time feedback from us and your peers as you build out AI X CRE automations. 🚀 On-demand Q&A: All your AI questions - Answered, by CRE professionals using this technology every day in the field, and helping others do the same. This is NOT some pre-recorded course that'll be out of date as soon as you finish it. As AI continues to evolve and progress, so will our lessons, keeping you on the cutting edge every step of the way. 🔴 🔴 To do this right, we can only let 150 CRE pros in on the initial offering. And we already have 71 people signed up 👀 👀 If you're in the Commercial Real Estate Industry and want to take your AI skills to the next level, you can claim your spot at CRE AI Studio at the link in the comments 👇 I hope we'll see you in the studio!

Confession: Last week I built a free CRE database of publicly announced sale & lease transactions across the country. It's fully automated through GrokBot. I have ZERO idea what it costs to run it. All I know is I blew the bloody doors off my usage cap while building/ rebuilding it. As much as I love @bot it provides almost zero transparency into costs for specific tasks/routines/initiatives. This week I'm pumping the breaks on special projects in @bot, letting the routines run, and monitoring usage closely. Stay tuned if you'd like to find out what it actually costs to run a fully automated project like this. Check out the free CRE deal database at DealRevue.com

Hot Take: GrokBot can't do anything new that Claude can't do. Here's what the @bot team DID do that's making it so popular (IMO): They demystified "building a team of agents." You'll see people all over the internet talking about how they "build agents with Claude." That could mean that they: -Built a skill -Created a folder with a Claude.MD file and some extra context -Built a Claude project -Coded their own harness -They're using managed agents thru API -Connected Claude to some MCPs -Set Claude to do something on a timer -They're using subagents -They could even just be talking about having multiple chat threads going with Claude -Or any combination of the above Here's the problem: They're all correct. No one knows what the heck anyone is saying when they tell you they "built an agent with Claude", or that you should build one. Even @AnthropicAI is ambiguous about this. I routinely get marketing emails from Claude Code marketing team talking about how they're team is using teams of agents they've built, and it's extremely unclear what they've actually done. Now they've launched @claudeai Duet. But they're still just giving you one agent. With GrokBot, it's a simple and easy to understand what it means to have a team of agents. An agent gets it's own chat. It gets it's own skills & routines. It gets its own context. It doesn't have ALL of your context, but it can get additional context from other agents when needed, and all your agents can chat with each other as needed to get stuff done. Clean, simple, unambiguous. If someone tells you they built a team of agents on GrokBot, you know what they did, and if you open up GrokBot, it's very easy to see how you can do it too. End rant.

Idk who needs to hear this but using a personal agent to scan your email & add items to a to-do list only works.. If you have scheduled time to open up and work the list. If you're running around your hair on fire, you wont use the list. You're just burning credits.

This week I used @bot to launch a free nationwide database of publicly announced CRE lease & sale transactions. It's entirely automated through GrokBot. You can check it out at dealrevue.com. 500+ website hits later, here's how it's going for anyone interested in using GrokBot to automate something useful (read to the end for the key takeaway on AI generated content.) Quick 🧵 How it works 👇 (P.S. You can also sign up to receive a weekly rundown of announced deals in your market direct to your inbox.)

/Cost: This skill let's you instantly see how many credits the task you just ran cost. I can do this in Microsoft Copilot Cowork. But almost nowhere else. How is it that Copilot, who's lagged behind in almost every way offers this, but almost no other AI platform does? @elonmusk will @bot provide this any time soon?

The videos/ TikToks: I'll admit it, it's incredible that GrokBot can create these videos. But these TikToks suck. This is the biggest piece of the experiment: Can GrokBot/ AI create content thru a fully automated process effectively enough to actually get the word out about something? So far I'd say, the answer is no. All signs indicate most traffic will come from SEO/ AI search. But here's what's interesting: Yesterday, instead of letting GrokBot fully create the video, review it and ship it on it's own, I took the skill and had Claude Code create the video. Then I spent 5 minutes giving Claude Code some tweaks and edits based on my instinct of what would work better. The result was this ikTok that got 1,150+ views, 34 likes, 6 bookmarks and 7 shares. Previous TikToks capped out at 100 views, and almost no engagement. Is that a viral TikTok? Absolutely not. But it IS is a 10X+ improvement in engagement with roughly 5 minutes of human input. The takeaway: AI-generated content - My guess it will not be effective. AI ASSISTED content - We'll see.

OpenClaw comes out: You can build a team of agents! Claude: Here’s dispatch so you can run Claude from your phone. GrokBot: You can build a team of proactive agents that actually work now! Claude: Here’s one proactive agent @claudeai why the half measures?
We’re opening a research preview of Claude Duet, a new app where Claude works as a proactive agent. It comes to you with what needs your attention, completes tasks you ask of it, keeps working when you step away, and checks with you before it acts on your behalf.

I understand cold email outreach. I do not understand signing people up for a newsletter that didn't ask to be on it. You're telling me you unilaterally decided you're going to clog up my inbox every week? Hard to think of a worse day to be introduced to a brand.

Rand makes a great point here: The % of web traffic generated from AI search is small. It’s tantamount to the % of traffic generated from Duck Duck Go (a tiny search engine). The difference: I’ve never had a client tell me they found me on Duck Duck Go “I found you with Chat” happens all the time. But the point remains: Don’t ignore regular SEO. Google search is still the big fish.
Is AI visibility a waste of time? Three new studies out this week suggest that very well might be the case. New #5minutewhiteboard 👇

🚨 1 slam-dunk use of Claude for CRE? Due diligence checklists that fill out themselves, and find conflicts across your deal docs. We built a Claude skill to tackle it. On the first run, it asks for YOUR checklist template. Excel, Word, PDF, or pasted in. Point it at the deal room folder and it reads every file. You get one workbook back. Every item in the checklist marked Received, Partial or Outstanding, and a conflicts tab outlining any disagreements across deal docs. The PSA lists three parcels but the title commitment only covers two? Flagged. Deal rooms grow overtime, so it offers to create a scheduled task calling the skill like clockwork. It checks the folder for new docs, updates the list, adds or resolves conflicts, and emails you with an update. You keep the judgment calls. It takes care of the hours of assembly. Grab the Due Diligence Checklist skill & our full skill library in CRE AI Studio: creaistudio.com
