I wouldn’t want to do this whole “life thing“ without you. It doesn’t make sense to me to do all this alone. My brother is the best thing for me, against all odds. We entered this world together. Who better than he (beside the Big G himself) to be by my side, and me by his?

Yes I take calls on the behalf of my business owners, so they don’t have to.

One of the easiest content ideas we've used for a client is taking their FAQ page and turning every question on it into its own short video. People are already typing those exact questions into Google, so instead of the answer only living as text on the website, each one becomes a short under a minute where the question is the hook and the answer is the whole video. My editing bots finished 15 of them for one client this week, plus a separate one that walks through how the whole thing works from start to finish. So if you have a business with an FAQ page, you pretty much already have a stack of videos written, you just haven't filmed them yet.

I'm already seeing this on client work. My dev bot spent a night going back over a website that already worked fine, making the pages load faster one fix at a time while another bot retested each one on mobile, and it got 3 of the 4 pages it was working on over 90 before going back in for the last one. Nobody would've paid a person to grind on that all night, but for an agent it's just the next task.
We will all be learning in coming weeks & months, that most human-made software: ▫️ Was really slow ▫️ Had many security vulnerabilities ▫️ Was under-specified and incorrect AI will rewrite it all. Many times. It will make it fast, cost-efficient, and secure. It will think about failure modes we couldn't wrap our heads around. It will prove, formally verify, load test, harden. It will turn memory-unsafe foundations into robust, optimized ones. If you ask, it'll thoroughly document it, teach you about it, make diagrams, animations, and slide decks. In many ways, we are witnessing the true birth of software engineering.

I run 19 bots, and the work I do now is way less doing and way more deciding the rules they follow. When my bots kept stopping to ask if they should deploy something I had already told them to do, I didn't argue with each one, I wrote one rule and now none of them ask. That's pretty much the whole job once agents are doing the work, you curate the rules and let them run.
Do individual limits still make sense? As capabilities increase you want to work with and support an agent that represents your project, that runs loops and evolves your codebase. The humans merely curate the automations.

my agent setup the last 6 months: Claude Code → Codex → Grok bot → Hermes → Codex → Grok bot → Claude Code 7 agents later… I FINALLY found the frontier setup I'm committing to (fr this time) Claude Code AND Grok bot… talking to each other ;) here’s how 👇 most people pick one or the other but they're good at completely different things: Grok bot is the manager of an ARMY of simple bots… always on in the cloud Claude Code is the WORKHORSE for complex work… on my computer (that I never shut LOL) (side note: some times i still use codex but only for like computer use or images) here's my agent “org chart”: 1. my chief of staff is @poteto’s Dr. Eggbot running on Grok bot 2. Dr.Eggbot makes agents, makes them better, and listens to all my personal context 3. Grok bot has access to my local Claude Code project session files 4. Dr.Eggbot writes GREAT specs for big claude code projects 6. Claude Code messages Grok bot through a webhook Context flows both ways Dr. Eggbot is honestly the sauce because Lauren’s pstack is super cracked at making sure agents actually perform how they should ig that’s why she’s out shipping so many senior engineers at spaceX (@elonmusk sniped her) $400/m gets you the best of both worlds + a shit ton of subsidized compute to power use agents I never feel the anxiety of running out of usage anymore to connect them yourself: - in Grok bot set up a routine with a webhook trigger - it gives you a URL and a key - give it to Claude Code Lauren's full guide: teapawt.org/poteto/status/21165762… send this post to ur Grok bot and ask it to help you set this up p.s. thank you @poteto for shipping the best skills on the planet... you saved me so much headache <3
here’s a short grok bot guide on how i create high quality bots and manage my team. ask @bot to read this post and help you improve your team! • add dr eggbot to your team! he’s my bot designer that i use to create bots • you don’t need a lot of bots. a few good bots can be more useful and easier to manage than a large team • tell your bots to create skills for itself as you give it instructions on how to do tasks. this lets them do them more consistently even over long conversations. you can even ask it to create a private github repo for you to store all your skills if you want them preserved independently • add connectors, use the vault, and give access to all the tools you use to do your work. you can also ask your bot to setup its own email and it can sign up for its own accounts for better separation • thinking about all the work you do by hand, or steps in your workflows where you have to copy and paste information back to your bot. ask your bot how it can do that for you instead! • imagine you hired an intern, how would you onboard them and help them do the work correctly and efficiently? introduce yourself to your bot and describe the work you do, then ask it how it can help you automate it and my favorite tip: use voice mode or the transcription option! it’s a good way to just brain dump a lot of information. then, at the end, tell your bot to “restate this in your own words” so you can confirm it understood you x.ai/bot/_jOdbfkB16zxu7MRcmR…

You have users. You have no idea what they're doing. Paste this into Claude Code: "Build me a private admin dashboard for this app, visible only to my account. Show me: • signups per day and active users this week • which features people actually use and which they never touch • where new users drop off before finishing setup • revenue, cancellations and who's on which plan • the latest errors users hit Let me search any user, see their activity, and refund or ban them. Use my own database. No outside analytics." Stop guessing what to build next.

Claude Code writing its own translation layer between DirectX and WebGL is insane. A year ago that would've been somebody's whole side project for months lol.
I managed to port Battlefield 1942 to mobile web too So now it's playable as full multiplayer on iPhone and Android from their browser! 🤯 Claude Code built its own graphic layer that translates Direct3D (DirectX) instructions to WebGL, sitting between the game's machine code and the browser, which means we can change the resolution any way we want! Only issue is you get some stuff cutting off (like the arms below or inside vehicles) because the game was never meant to run in portrait mode of course!

My @bot have their own little virtual office now, where every one of my 19 bots is a character sitting at its own desk, and as of this week when one bot messages another one, what it said pops up as a speech bubble over its desk. It sounds like a gimmick but it's actually how I keep track of what's going on, because I can see one bot hand something off to another or ask another one for help without opening a single chat. Running a team of bots gets a lot less confusing when you can literally watch who's talking to who.

I don't really come up with video formats from scratch anymore. I study creators who are already doing well, take how they structure their videos, and then fill that structure with stuff that actually happened in my business that week. This week broke down how my favorite creator's videos are built, and turned that into scripts about real things that happened, like my bots getting an org chart and every video getting capped at 3 minutes. The format is the part anybody can copy, but nobody else had the same week I had, so the video still ends up being mine. That's how next week's filming plan ended up with 50 pieces on it without me sitting there wondering what to talk about.

Yesterday was the first day my editing @bot had a real check at the end of the day, and it works a lot like having a manager. At 5 PM my head of editing bot goes through everything the editors handed in that day, and for each one it either passes it or sends back one note, not a list of 10 things, just the one thing that matters most so the editor can actually fix it. On day 1 it passed 10 short videos for a client, all under a minute and in 4K, and any bot that didn't hand anything in just got marked as having nothing today instead of making up an update. I think the one note rule is the part most people would skip, but it's the reason the edits keep getting better instead of the bots going back and forth with each other forever.

Stuff like this is what makes @bot behind. I had this bot make a custom API for the other bots to have direct access to the admin portal of one of my clients to then make the changes I need to it. (just to simply upload and update pictures of an product) asked to sign in. It then asked for a log in for the admin portal ask if it forgot that it has API access to the site directly....API access that the BOT MADE ITSELF. Super annoying. this definitely need to be fixed ASAP because I don't like having to micromanage each bot. Is this a memory/ context thing? Can some one help me understand this?

jesus fucking christ. we’re potentially on the verge of the greatest scientific revolution in human history and the first instinct of some politicians is to shut it down. i genuinely cannot comprehend this mindset.
Top of the Democratic agenda on day 1 needs to be a pause on advanced AI development, regulation of this out of control industry, and a ban on artificial superintelligence.

Not being on camera in 2026 is crazy. People can get what you sell anywhere. They pick you because of you. Show your face, build that trust, and start using AI in your business. The ones who refuse to adapt are the ones wondering why business is slow...

Who killed art? Artists. And the artists complaining the most about A.I.? They're the ones who are the hardest to work with or are the most unreliable. You get a couple bad experiences and then you relish the idea of using A.I. over an artist with an unprofessional attitude.

Ai is real art. I actually do both. Comments like this just translate like this to me: "How dare you not slave away, hours on end, with no one appreciating the hard work you put into your craft?!?! How dare you not waste your time and energy doing the HARD work and putting in the man hours to create your artwork?!?!" meanwhile the most people in the art community are stuck trying get $30 commission for their hand drawn artwork that they put their heart and soul and passion into, struggling to make ends meet. Those are the people that REALLY need support. Don't sit on the internet and LARP as if you care about "REAL" art. You don't even buy other people's art on the day to day basis and support other artist. If people truly cared about traditional hand drawn art like they say the do, or any non AI based art work for that matter, they'd put their money where their mouth is and continue to support small artist or any other artist that they like by buying their pieces, supporting their art work, or subscribing to their Patreon or whatever subscription base support platform that artist use these days. I can guarantee you, right now, you prolly don't have people in your inner circle or close family members/ friends who go out there and support other artist out there. Missed me with this bullshit. ps. this is my actual art that I hand drawn over the years, one of them made it to apple music. (I posted about this the other day)
Bro ai is not real art and you think that then you need to pick up a damn pencil I don’t care if your verified
