Would an established #aerospace manufacturer, who has a relationship with N A S A et al, with past and future revenues booked, enter discussions with $NBND without first doing their DD? Surely HSI examined NBND’s financial position, including its convertible noteholders, and thought, "This could work"! My gut is that Adler presented a credible path toward resolving those obligations. Otherwise, why proceed 🤷🏼. HSI’s willingness to sign an LOI suggests they see a realistic opportunity. Negotiations with our convertible note holder started last week and continued throughout the weekend, and we are encouraged by the progress being made.
