I'm sorry but if you don't have a campus mask mandate I can't take your "commitments" to equity, inclusivity, accessibility, or justice seriously. Without mandated covid protections, classrooms become risky settings that contribute to the inequitable impacts of the pandemic.

We need to be clear what "riding it out" actually means.
Not everyone will.
Some will die from Covid - who needn't have.
Some will die from NHS overcrowding/mistakes/lack of bed/delays - who needn't have.
*Avoidable* deaths. Lives lost.
That is what the PM is talking about.
