40% consistency can mean different things depending on what you're dividing by. @BluSkyTrading's Orbit Sim Funded rule uses the total of your PROFITABLE days. Say your biggest day is $1,000 and your green days add up to $2,500...that's 40%. A $500 red day leaves $2,000 net, but the consistency figure stays 40%. The loss still hurts your balance. It just doesn't make that percentage worse.

10 MNQ has the same dollar exposure per point as 1 NQ. Calling them micros doesn't make that position smaller 😂 Micros let you peel off 3 and leave 7, which you can't do with one mini. Useful flexibility...but I'd check the total round-trip fees for how I'm actually entering and exiting.

Yesterday's close was right there. I took 2 contracts for a possible rejection, peeled one off, moved the stop on the other to breakeven, and got $120 out of it. Nothing huge, but I actually stuck to the plan on that one.

A setup can look A+ and I still want to know why volume just showed up. If the move feels out of nowhere, I check for news before I click. I've skipped that check before and gotten blasted too. That's why it's part of my entry process.

Weekend review: which losses were in the plan? Stopped out on a valid setup at planned size? Trading loss. Moved the stop, doubled up, or took the next trade just to get green? Different problem. Track those separately. A discipline problem can look like a strategy problem.

Passed the eval. Got funded. Now what? You can keep a funded account alive for months with no payout. Before buying another challenge, I'd check the trades AND the funded rules. Does that account fit the way you manage risk? The pass only gets you to the starting line.

5 payouts isn't a countdown to @Topstep Live. Their Risk Team can call you up earlier or later after reviewing your full trading profile. And when you move to Live, your XFAs close. If you're juggling multiple accounts, that's worth planning around.

If you set Max Loss Per Trade in @NinjaTrader Web, don't mistake it for a stop order. It sends an alert when that trade hits your number. It does not close the position. That's different from an account Daily Loss Limit. On a rough day, that distinction matters.
