Following the security incident, we have completed a comprehensive security upgrade, adding three layers of server protection and strengthening private key safeguards. Additional identity verification is now required when exporting private keys. We will continue reviewing risks and improving our defenses.
We have completed compensation for over 1,000 affected users. We remain committed to taking responsibility and putting our users first. Affected users who have not yet submitted a compensation claim can still contact TG @TradeWiz_MoonQ for assistance.

Security Reminder: Please Replace Your Old Wallet Address Immediately
Due to the recent security incident, any wallet address previously associated with TradeWiz may be at risk. All users must stop using their old associated addresses immediately, create a new and secure address through a trusted wallet application, and transfer any remaining assets as soon as possible.
Effective from the time of this announcement, any new losses resulting from continued use of an old associated address will not be eligible for compensation.
