We're hiring a Head of Support for @TradingTerminal, plus additional support roles across the @Pumpfun app & launchpad. We’re looking for someone with ambition who understands what it takes to provide world-class support to users. As the Head of Terminal Support, you must be fast, hands-on, and own support end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for managing the support team, VIP partners & communicating feedback with engineers.
