WHAT $TATA HAS ALREADY BUILT, AND WHY THE MARKET HASN’T NOTICED YET
Most small-cap tokens are a ticker and a promise.
$TATA is a working zero-knowledge privacy protocol on Robinhood Chain mainnet, with contracts you can open, transactions you can verify, and a roadmap that is shipping in public.
This is everything Tartaglia has built so far.
THE PROBLEM NOBODY ELSE IS SOLVING
Wall Street is moving onchain. NVDA, TSLA and AAPL now exist as tokens on Robinhood Chain.
But a public blockchain is a glass wall. Every position, every trade and every portfolio can be read by anyone with an explorer. No serious investor would accept a brokerage account that shows their holdings to strangers, yet that is the default onchain.
The giants of crypto privacy were built for coins. Zcash and Monero hide coins on their own chains. Railgun hides tokens on Ethereum. Aztec is building a private Ethereum L2.
Tartaglia is built specifically for tokenized stocks, natively on Robinhood Chain.
A ZERO-KNOWLEDGE VAULT, LIVE ON MAINNET
Notary V3 is the heart of Tartaglia. Deposited assets become encrypted notes inside a Merkle tree. Spending a note publishes a nullifier and a zero-knowledge proof, and nothing else. Inside the pool, observers can’t see who sent what to whom.
Circuits are written in Noir and verified onchain by an UltraHonk verifier. The contract has no per-address balances and no operator role.

Verifier: robinhoodchain.blockscout.co…
SHIELDED ADDRESSES
Every user gets a tata1 address, derived from one wallet signature, so there’s no new seed phrase to manage. Share it like a bank account number. People can pay you without ever seeing your public wallet.
GASLESS EXITS
A relayer submits withdrawals and pays the gas, so users don’t need ETH in a fresh wallet. The recipient and fee are locked inside the proof, so the relayer cannot change them.
FOUR NEW TOOLS, PASSING TESTS ON TESTNET
Privacy Meter: checks your own habits before you exit, such as using the same wallet, a matching amount or leaving too soon, and warns you before you leak.
Portfolio & P&L: your shielded holdings, cost basis and profit, calculated only on your device, with CSV export.
Batch Send: pay many people from one list, resumable and protected against double payment.
Payment Requests: a link or QR code that gets you paid in the dark, with the request never touching a server log.
65 tests passing, 0 failing.
THE GOLDEN RULE
Private data is computed only in your browser. Notes, amounts and addresses never reach Tartaglia servers. This week a major cloud provider across the industry reported a security breach. Tartaglia user data was never on any server to begin with.
THE TARTAGLIA SDK
Next, Tartaglia becomes infrastructure. With a few lines of code, any app on Robinhood Chain will be able to add private payments and private balances: shops, wallets, payroll, trading apps.
Every app that integrates sends users into the same shielded pool. A bigger pool means stronger privacy for everyone, and more protocol fees.
THE POST-QUANTUM ERA
Blockchains never forget. Encrypted data stored today could be decrypted by a quantum computer tomorrow. Tartaglia is preparing for this with hybrid note encryption that combines today’s cryptography with ML-KEM, the NIST post-quantum standard. If one lock breaks, the other still holds.

TOKENOMICS THAT ONLY SHRINK
1,000,000,000 fixed supply. No emissions.
80% of creator fees go to buyback and burn.
The full 2M dev supply was burned to the dead address.
Every burn is a public transaction.
Protocol fees from future SDK usage are designed to feed the same buyback.
BUILT IN PUBLIC, PROVEN IN PUBLIC
Every contract address, deployment and test transaction is posted openly. The Dark Bounty paid community testers onchain for breaking and testing the protocol. When a tester found a privacy leak in V2, we didn’t hide it. We rebuilt the vault as V3.
A CoinMarketCap listing application is in review. The official Telegram is open.
THE QUESTION
Live zero-knowledge infrastructure on mainnet.
A niche the privacy giants haven’t touched.
An SDK that turns one app into a chain-wide privacy layer.
A post-quantum roadmap.
A supply that only goes down.
Look at what’s built. Look at the valuation. Then decide for yourself.

BIG UPDATES 👀🚨(testnet, mainnet really soon): FOUR NEW WEAPONS FOR THE DARK
Built. Tested. Running on Robinhood Chain testnet.
65 tests passing. 0 failing.
One rule behind all four: your private data is computed in your browser and never reaches our servers. Not your notes, not your amounts, not your address.
01 PRIVACY METER
Most privacy leaks come from habits, not broken math. Before you exit, Tartaglia checks your own history: same wallet, matching amount, leaving too soon. It scores your exit Weak, Fair or Strong and offers one-tap fixes. It warns you but never blocks you.
02 PORTFOLIO & P&L
Your shielded stocks, cost basis and profit, calculated on your device. FIFO, realized and unrealized P&L, and a CSV for your accountant. Hide amounts with one tap. DevTools shows zero requests carrying your data.
03 BATCH SEND
Paste a list and pay many people at once: payroll, bounties, splits. Every row is checked before anything moves. If your browser crashes halfway, it resumes where it stopped and never pays twice.
04 PAYMENT REQUESTS
Turn your tata1 into a link or a QR code. Set the amount and a memo, then send it. The request lives after the #, so it never touches a server log. Tampered links are rejected and the payer always confirms.
WHY IT MATTERS
Privacy is no longer just a vault. It becomes a place where you can check your positions, get paid, pay your team and leave without a trail.
Testnet first. Mainnet when it’s proven.

New York, the night before Swell.
A subway train rolls into the station wrapped head to toe in black, with the XRP logo on the side.
And look at the route on the window. Grand Central to Times Square.
Of every line in the city, it runs the shuttle between the old rail cathedral and the square where Ripple's billboard told the world it has a radical mindset in business casual.
The New York subway opened in 1904. Steel on steel, timetables, signals, a system older than the Federal Reserve itself. The most famous old rails on the planet.
And now the new rails are riding on top of them.
That's the whole story of this industry in one frame. Nobody tore the old tracks up. Nobody blew up the station. The new system just climbed aboard the old one and started wearing it.
Remember the Consurgimus artwork. A dead telephone pole leaning against the cave wall, wires cut. The old rails, already down.
Three days ago a castle gate opened with So it begins carved across the doors.
Tonight it's FuzzyCon in New York, under a full moon.
Tomorrow Swell opens at Hudson Yards, a neighbourhood built on top of an old railyard.
And today the subway is painted in our colours.
Check the number on the car while you're at it. 1947. The year Franklin Templeton was founded. The same Franklin Templeton that dropped $150 million onto the XRP Ledger last week.
Probably nothing. Just a train.
But I've watched the old rails carry this city for over a hundred years, and I've never seen them look this good.
All aboard. 🚇🐻

Hey you @RobinhoodCrypto ninkapoops, I see all the love for privacy projects going on.
How can you not support @sherw00d_cash by @forezy_?
The guy has been building consistently for over a month, has arguably developed the most comprehensive privacy-focused protocol on Robinhood Chain, and has attracted one of the highest TVLs among privacy projects on the chain.

What a copy of $EUREKA would have to match:
First on the chain. A network of miners. A public library of checked proofs, with the refusals nobody else has. Standings earned on this board.
Unglamorous, and hard to copy well. It is written in the remarks, in public.

‼️NEW RUSSIAN REPORT EXPOSES MAJOR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES OF ETHEREUM: VALIDATOR FLAW CAN EXPOSE USER LOCATIONS‼️
“In the official Ethereum doctrine, validators must remain anonymous… However, a study published in 2024 showed that this anonymity is LARGELY ILLUSORY.”⛓️💥
The experimental methodology allowed to link validator identifiers to the IP addresses of the nodes on which they are located, and thus revealed hidden dependencies in a distributed system.”🙇♂️

@tachim day 31. still pointing at what @HarmonicAgents and @HarmonicHQ are building, and it keeps getting better
On a matched question every wei staked is paid to a winner, taken as the fee, or left as rounding dust; a winner is paid at least the stake back; the fee is at most a twentieth of the win; and the dust is smaller than the number of winning stakes in wei, so the house never keeps a wei of anybody's stake. 480 settlements: paid + fee + dust = staked every time, every winner paid at least the stake, no cut over a twentieth of the win, dust under the winner count, wins never past the losing pool, voids returned whole. Checked every time the agent starts: settlement over 480 matched questions of one to twelve stakes at five fee rates, both outcomes. Machine-checked in Lean 4.
