The amount of time Gen Z spends on mobile apps, continues to go up ... and yet apartments that ostensibly *target* Gen Z renters continue to be designed around watching TV Makes no sense. We don't need to build bedrooms so that people can watch TV in bed in in a 700SF 1BR
