Kemi "Olodo" Badenoch is a racial gatekeeping political prostitute celebrating Britain’s proceeds of historical injustice against Black people while dismissing the legitimate claims of those whose ancestors paid the price and still bear the brunt today. Britain didn't abolish slavery. It went from kidnapping & human trafficking millions of Africans to enslaving entire nations of Africans then falsely claims it abolished slavery when Colonisation was Slavery 2.0. Britain’s current discourse on ‘not apologising and not paying reparations’ for one of the gravest crimes against humanity is an indictment of its moral conscience, its historical honesty and its willingness to acknowledge the enduring consequences of wealth accumulated through the enslavement, exploitation and dehumanisation of millions of African people. It exposes the contradiction of a nation willing to celebrate the wealth, power and institutions built during its imperial expansion, yet reluctant to confront the human cost upon which so much of that prosperity was founded.

The term Death Camps, makes no sense. If each Slave was nothing more than his value, what fool would seek to kill his own item of value ?

London was Britain's second slave-trading port, after Liverpool. 3,136 slaving voyages sailed from London to African shores from where British slave ships transported 834,617 African captives to the Americas. Source: Slave Voyages slavevoyages.org/

Britain ran Forced Labour Death Camps in the Caribbean for over 245 years. And got very rich doing so. But Britain can lead the world in repairing the damage and healing the wounds inflicted upon the African. #Reparations.

🇬🇧 Kemi Badenoch says we shouldn't talk about slavery because "it's in the past." So I guess that means no October 7th. No Holocaust. No Remembrance Day. No 9/11. "It's in the past" right????

The idea that "Africans sold Africans" into slavery (or "Blacks sold Blacks") is a decontextaulised victim-blaming white supremacist lie. From @GMB today. #reparations

🇮🇱 An Israeli actress said on TV she’s no longer proud to be Israeli, then found out she was live the whole time She blamed everything happening now on the occupation, then panicked when she learned it was on air and later apologized for going too far. She thought they were on a break, but it all went out live on national TV. Rule number 1 in TV: the commercial break only starts when they tell you. Writer: Daniyal

BREAKING: Antisemtiism is now when you don't want to see the Ali G movie 👀
Sacha Baron Cohen's Ali G sequel lasted one weekend in theaters, and the Hollywood Reporter is blaming pro-Palestine activists, and discussing "Hamas-affiliated operatives.” THR detailed a campaign by UK-based NewsCord, whose platform gave users AI-assisted templates to email cinemas; NewsCord says about 55,000 emails went out. THR then pointed to the group's support for Gaza aid flotilla participants, whose leaders the US Treasury designated "Hamas-affiliated operatives." NewsCord, which calls Ali G a form of blackface, accused THR of drawing "conspiratorial links." Amazon MGM opened the film on just 23 screens, withheld box office figures, and moved it to Prime Video five days later, per World of Reel.

The Times has published 0 stories about an Oxford lecturer who was recently charged with child porn offences. Coincidentally she is also a right wing journalist and Michael Gove's girlfriend.

Recognition from fellow journalists is much appreciated as this is undoubtedly a difficult and polarising story, with a tragic outcome. Many people still do not accept its legitimacy but it was an important public interest story which sparked public debate about key issues of our age timeshighereducation.com/opi…
