We’ve heard a lot about fraud in Minnesota. But accountability for taxpayer dollars needs to apply everywhere, and not just to score political points.
@kare11 reported yesterday that a private prison company offered to sell its shuttered facility in Appleton for $75 million. ICE later purchased it for nearly $496 million, with our federal tax dollars. I will continue to say it: All fraud is bad fraud.
