Big news for $RITE shareholders: on November 5, 2026, our sponsoring broker-dealer informed MineralRite Corporation that FINRA had processed the Form 211 the broker-dealer filed under SEC Rule 15c2-11.
With FINRA’s processing complete, the broker-dealer may now publish priced quotes for RITE common stock, a milestone we have worked toward for a long time. On November 6, 2026, OTC Markets removed the “This security is eligible for Unsolicited Quotes Only” warning from RITE’s profile page. OTC Markets has informed us that the “Unsolicited Quotes Only” designation shown under Quote Eligibility for RITE on the OTC Markets site will be removed on the trading day after the broker-dealer publishes its first priced quotation. There can be no assurance that any broker-dealer will publish or continue to publish quotations for RITE common stock.

Nice update with the Iridium values based on the Blackstone request assays from 07’. Metals pricing and extraction % can be updated in the spreadsheet as you’d like.

I incorporated into my interactive spreadsheet the projected #Iridium value on the @Mineralrite Skull Valley property, as per my own calculations, and you can see the results!
Thanks to @markwstephens for pointing out that this was a mineral of significant value and quantity, worth including. 🙏
INDEED, at current prices, the total value of Iridium is projected to be about double the value of #GOLD on the property (Total Iridium value currently around $3B); however, the valuation that Mark offered was overexaggerated by around 3x.
Updating mineral prices and including in the Iridium value ups the current projected price per share to $1.66! 🤑
I'd encourage you to check out the spreadsheet for yourself, and feel free to modify the mineral prices to see how it affects the property value!
