Very disappointed in the poor service @MastrosOfficial in NYC tonight. Had an @OpenTable reservation but was turned away b/c my friend had on a jumpsuit w/hood & boots on a cold & snowy night. Manager said no exceptions tonight. 🤔 They just lost a long time customer.
