What a great day on @WPI campus! Our @WPI_BME students all presented their senior projects today. I am proud of my two design teams. This group created a cool outreach demo (involving jumping) that they presented as part of @BiomechanicsDay — with great success.
Thank you @AmSocBiomech for the research travel grant. @lenzetal and I are collecting some very cool data on her robotic foot simulator. Enjoying the lab and the Utah mountains! @WPI_BME @UofUOrtho @UtahBME #footandankle #biomechanics #robotics
I’m honored to be in such excellent company @aimbe ! Thanks to @WPI @WPI_BME and especially Kris Billiar for your support! Also, how fun to see others from the ELATES program!
Congrats to some of my fellow biomechanics who were inducted as @aimbe fellows today! @Troy_BiomechLab @MoBLNCSU @LaurelKuxhaus and Ruth Ochia! @ORSsociety @AmSocBiomech @BMESociety
I’m so excited to present some of the great research that my @WPI_BME students have been working on at @UFBME next week! Thanks for the invitation @BLT_BME !
Join us Monday, Communicore C1-11, as we welcome Dr. Karen Troy to our BME seminar series. @Troy_BiomechLab
Julia Nicolescu did a fantastic job presenting her work on multi-segmented foot biomechanics and dynamic arch collapse during running. #ORS2024 #proudphdadvisor #biomechanics @ORSsociety @WPI_BME
My lab crew is the best! They indulged the Girl Scout leader in me and went orienteering this weekend. I rank this one of the best team building activities ever (except for the tick I found in my arm this morning)! @WPI_BME
Know how they keep telling you that the more grants you apply for, the more you will get? I know it’s statistically true, but I set a personal record yesterday with 4 rejections in a single day. Going to buy myself some fancy chocolate now…
I’d forgotten what a great meeting the #ORSMSK2023 meeting is. I learned so much that is new to me and met more great people!Plus, it wouldn’t be a good conference without a good hike (and some bonus miles due to a road closure) @ORSsociety @jboerckel and many others
