Nobody is obligated to me, and I understand that. I don’t expect anyone to give me what they don’t genuinely want to give. If someone chooses to show up for me, I appreciate it. If they choose not to, I accept it and keep moving. I’m learning to stop forcing things,

I feel everything at 100%. I’m naturally sensitive and empathetic. I pick up on ppls energy, their words, their actions, and even the smallest things other mfs probably wouldn’t think twice about. I care deeply and take a lot to heart, even when I don’t express ts. Sometimes I wish I didn’t feel things so deeply, but I never want to lose the heart I have bc of it.
