Allowing filmmakers to dial-in motion blur, judder and make high frame rate films look cinematic. Our motion grade can also eliminate the "soap opera effect."

So proud of the TrueCut team for their work with Universal on Wicked: For Good! Opens in theaters November 21.

In the Disney+ app, look for the TrueCut Motion logo on titles that have been motion-graded with TrueCut Motion. Those same titles are also available in cinematic high frame rate with TrueCut Motion through the Apple TV app, but without any logo.
Por supuesto, lo notamos. ¡Genial! From the Lumiere brothers, to Oklahoma, to Avatar and beyond - an amazing deep dive on cinema frame rates that's also really fun to watch.

A great look back by @Caleb_Denison and @DigitalTrends at one of the best TVs from 11 years ago vs. one of the best TVs of today. Color, contrast, clarity: so much better! But the motion quality of today's best TVs? It's complicated. See for yourself:

Thanks to our friends @SMPTEHollywood, @CulverTheater, @AmazonStudios and @SamsungBizLED for some amazing demonstrations today - we've seen the future of theatrical exhibition and that future is colorful and bright!
If you stream a 4K movie at 24fps, you'll see over 716 billion pixels per hour. But at 48fps you'll see over 1.4 trillion pixels per hour. Your eyes ready for 1.4T pph?
So many big, bright and beautiful screens on display throughout Vegas at #CES2023 this week (of course we think they would look even better with cinematic high frame rate)!
To avoid jarring judder, the cinematographers' rule is pans covering 1 screen width must be >7 secs. This works in cinemas where max screen brightness is 48 nits. Our work shows that to avoid bad judder on screens with 1000 nits (many 📺s now), that same pan should be >25 secs.
Is box office REVENUE or ADMISSIONS the best way to keep score? Est.🌐all-time movie ADMISSIONS looks quite different. But still only one of these top-20 films has ever exhibited beyond 24fps. Cinematic high frame rate is coming for more of this list in 2023 #TrueCutMotion
Maybe we are a little late to the #ChatGPT party, but this AI auto text-generator just earned the right to run our Twitter account for all of 2023. I leave you without further comment it's story about lemurs and cinematic high frame rate...enjoy:
