Very disappointed with delivery service of @amazonIN . Waiting for order to be canceled by delivery person.
Marketplace fees was deducted from refund. And they did same with other same order. This happens always so pay attention and make sure good service.

This is the ground reality of @myntra.
My return pickup was first raised on 11th October. Today is 1st November, and it STILL hasn’t been picked up. I’ve called customer care at least 6–7 times, only to hear the same scripted response: “24 hours”, “48 hours”, “72 hours”.
