- Projects are submitted through a public form and reviewed by an AI committee plus human analysts
- Each use case is scored 0–100 across multiple evaluation categories using the CBRC Use Case Score methodology
- The resulting score and certificate are issued as a token on the XRP Ledger, giving each one a tamper‑proof timestamp and full traceability
This mirrors the BIS architecture: a cryptographic record anchored on XRPL, tied to an issuer identity, and verifiable by anyone without relying on a single centralized database. The difference is the subject matter: instead of official statistics, we’re certifying real‑world blockchain deployments and their practical value
