Maybe I'm dumb, but @keselowski has been doing much of the same work it seems like Gabehart did and RFK is pretty much like "yeah he can go do what he wants." Lends credence to the claim that JGR is just being petty.

JGR, in filing, on its claims Spire-Gabehart have violated restraining order enforcing non-compete: "JGR is not required to prove that Gabehart’s comments were brilliant, novel, or outcome-determinative. Instead, JGR must only show that Gabehart provided prohibited services."

It turns on the guy is an awesome husband and Dad who was grieving the death of a friend that night. He had offered to take the baby but his wife wanted him to have it a little bit easier that night. After seeing the Internet tear him apart, she wrote a blog about what a great man he is. It’s good reflection for how quickly the internet casts judgement off of one clip. Everybody gets frustrated at Kirby wanting to keep traditional jerseys and these are atrocious. I don’t like tech but blue and gold is the easiest combo to make look good and UA is screwing it up.

Berrys teammates were top finisher more than the rest of the entire ford field. Erik didn’t get it even once. Yet fans are saying Penske has sucked this year & that’s why JH is beating him in points?… gotta be a personality hire. As much as I like JB he’s not better than JHN.

IMO legacy was a promise that never delivered. He went down and back to end up with another middling team. He’d have been better off waiting on a Gibbs ride.

The dominos will continue to fall but John Hunter Nemechek went back to the NASCAR Truck Series to rebuild his career with Toyota. Nemechek spent 3 years between Truck/O’Reilly, went to Legacy, and he’s now out (Bianchi). What is next? This feels like a massive loss for JHN.
