Good evening SIBA, It’s been a tough day since @StatenIsland2K shared the news about My organization being slapped with a $250 fine for allegedly “tanking” in connection with the Rushing Elephants Organization. For those just catching up, “tanking” here refers to the baseless claim that we intentionally underperformed or sabotaged efforts to gain some perceived advantage—claims that couldn’t be further from the truth. The Rushing Elephants Organization has always prided itself on fierce competition, ethical practices and dedication to our sponsored and brand partners. Just 2 seasons ago We won the Season 30 championship. But I’m not backing down. This allegation is not only unfair but also damaging to our reputation, and I’m committed to fighting it every step of the way. (I have devised a step by step plan to fight the baseless claims). 1. Immediate denial and public records 2. Assemble irrefutable evidence 3. Engage a top tier Legal Defense (Hern) 4. Leveraging Community and Media Support 5. Longterm safe guards for victory I’m confident we’ll emerge victorious because the facts are on our side. The Rushing Elephants Organization isn’t about cutting corners—it’s about charging ahead for a cause we believe in. This fine is a minor hurdle, and clearing our name will only make us stronger. Thank you to everyone who’s reached out with support. Stay tuned for more updates, and let’s keep rushing forward together! Best, Owner Besfort
