Today Israeli authorities barred me and other European elected representatives from entering the West Bank to meet Palestinian students and civil society leaders, as part of a @ProgIntl delegation.
We knew that by crossing into the occupied Palestinian territories, we risked being detained, interrogated and turned away by Israeli authorities. And that, alas, is exactly what happened.
For more than eight hours, we were held, interrogated and made to feel as though we had done something wrong simply by attempting to enter.
The simple truth is we had done nothing wrong. We went to show our support for the Palestinian people and highlight the terrible injustice and violence being perpetrated against them. We want to ensure that people back home do not look away from the reality of what is happening.
Ultimately, we went to show solidarity. But we left with an even greater determination to speak out. We will not be silenced, and we will not look away. None of us should.

Think about that.

Israelis heard three Druse speaking in Arabic in a Tel Aviv club. They beat them so badly all three were hospitalised. Now the Druse are protesting and blocking roads. Not least because all three were serving in the Israeli military. The Druse are drafted in Israel and often end up in elite formations.
It's quite remarkable that they were attacked in hyper liberal Tel Aviv. But it shows you where Israeli youths are politically. The older generation of politicians often refer to Druse as blood brothers. The younger generation is just rabid.

On 24 October 2026, three-year-old Nevada was playing football in Florida when, adults upset by his goal-scoring called the police.
The league @i9Sports then issued his family a trespass notice.
LET THAT SINK IN. A TODDLER was scoring goals, and grown adults escalated it to police involvement.
Nevada is THREE. His opponents were around FIVE. And he was still outplaying them. Imagine being so rattled by a toddler’s talent that you’d rather involve the police than accept that a child half their size might simply be better at football. What an embarrassing lesson for the adults to teach.

Whilst the left watch the BBC and see clear establishment bias.
Such nuances are lost on the right.
So, the right would have us believe that immigrants take all our jobs - whilst they also don’t work and take benefits.
The right also claim immigrants are fit young men, whilst they are also using NHS services.
The contradictions are many.
