I'm not a troll for being wise about the use of personal information on social media; even though, people believe they are privy to knowing it &/or instantly assuming the worst, due to their anxiety/paranoia over not knowing a face/name to warrant any acknowledgement/respect etc.

Hi, is there a known issue with Network Interface Controller (NIC) of Xbox consoles not showing correct Throughput/Bandwidth + Latency of network via GbE, as Detailed Network Statistics only shows 1/10th of available Upstream Bandwidth & Latency is always +160ms etc.

NAT type is Open (IPv4/IPv6)
Necessary network ports for Xbox Network are all Port Forwarded on Modem/Router; Including, any alternate network ports to 3074.
Tried different DNS IP addresses.
DMZ is enabled on modem/router for Xbox Static IP Address.

I have no qualms about a persons race/skin colour & give everyone a fair go...But, if someone automatically assumes I will have preconceived opinions &/or be prejudiced towards them just for their race/culture/skin colour; then, that's an issue they need to address &/or overcome.
Why not just notify customers considered high-risk via ServiceNSW app & provide a secure link to Optus for further information; instead of customers relying on receiving an unsecured email from Optus & potentially getting scammed.
Federal/State Government(s) really should have a central database to secure personally identifiable information & private entities only to request for identity checks to be made by @ServiceNSW using an unique code only generated by ServiceNSW app & provided to Optus by customer.
