Feels a long time coming Chapter 2 Imbolc …mid way between winter and spring equinox -

Lots of declutterring, resetting and reflection ahead of Imbolc on Saturday - the awakening of spring so seems an ideal opportunity to tidy and nourish body and mind

Home to a newly set up ‘meditation station’ …. Favourite incense, new candle, a rose quartz Crystal for self love and some aromatherapy hand cream.

My Cornish new year highlights … mousehole was lovely with the lights, games with friends - rapidough was a huge hit, and there’s something about a winter beach walk! Here’s to much more fun, laughter, beaches and games in 2025
