Proud of Millie at the N&DS. A wobbly start on Sat she went into Sun with determination. Going into the 200IM in 17th position she ended up making the final and coming 6th with a huge LC PB of 18seconds from 2 weeks ago. Also knocking 3sec off her 50 fly . So proud @TynemouthASC

Amazing attitude from these 2 at n&d county champs. James achieving his first county time and fab PB. Hannah being super resilient, swimming after a 3wk break due to illness, skiing and dodgy knees. Well done to them and all their team mates @TynemouthASC @valleygardensnt
