"Insurance rates keep going up" Well, not for everyone. Mine are down 4 percent, and that's after taking a massive decrease last year. I can barely afford new housing at these mortgage/interest rates, but at least my insurance is less expensive, I guess.

They managed somehow not to shoot the racoon? Ohio cops showed up to serve a warrant and ended up with a pet raccoon interacting with the officers. Alliance PD bodycam shows the encounter. Still couldn't save the man from getting cuffed
