People might at times be anxious or worried, so we are mindful about how important it is to explain processes or procedures to them beforehand, answer any questions that we can, and reassure them. “We look to keep the UHS values at the forefront of what we do. Especially the ‘patients first’ part. Everything we do has that at the heart of it. We can be busy, and the work can be challenging but we know how even the small things can make a huge impact on the patient experience. Even when we don’t always see those patients in-person, ensuring we do the best for them makes it all so rewarding.”
