Why is it you continue to ignore widespread timeshare fraud? The fractional scandal has effected thousands of people, but you seem ignorant or unwilling to take action against the banks.

You might want to ask @Barclays why they keep breaking the @TheFCA DISP rules and using the @financialombuds as an extension of there complaints department. Whilst the @TheFCA do nothing to stop them ignoring thousands of elderly scam victims. #timeshare
