Cette semaine, le forum de la jeunesse « Creatives4Peace » a pris fin à Yaoundé ; les créateurs y ont plaidé pour l'accès à des financements, au mentorat, à des réseaux et à des systèmes de soutien afin de garantir un impact durable. Pendant 2 jours, de jeunes créateurs, des représentants gouvernementaux et des partenaires ont examiné comment les industries culturelles et créatives d'Afrique pouvaient favoriser l'autonomisation économique des jeunes et la cohésion sociale. Priorités clés : - Mettre en place des mécanismes de financement et de soutien accessibles et adaptés aux jeunes pour des initiatives créatives qui favorisent également la paix et la cohésion sociale. - Inciter les gouvernements à élaborer des politiques favorables et à investir dans les infrastructures culturelles. - Encourager le secteur privé à ouvrir des marchés, à fournir des capitaux et à nouer des partenariats équitables. - Inviter les partenaires au développement à articuler les programmes de consolidation de la paix et ceux de l'économie créative, plutôt que de les traiter comme des démarches distinctes. Un forum de la jeunesse #Creatives4Peace de deux jours se tient actuellement à Yaoundé, au Cameroun.
