We let it all out on our last day in Phoenix! Despite Team Rosen getting the memo to coordinate uniforms, Team Knarr came away with the win in our first annual Spring Break Kickball game. Our skills were then put to the test at the local batting cages!
Like clockwork, we caught another baseball game on Day 5, this time between @SFGiants and @Mariners. After the game, we met up with our friends at @MsPlayerDev for a tour of their team facility! We’ve certainly kept busy, so stay tuned for updates from our final day of action!
Spring break trip update! Day 4 started with a trip to #AthleteChiropractic to hear Dr. Sean Drake speak on how his rehabilitation practices help athletes recover optimally! We then capped our day off watching Team USA play Team Columbia in the #WorldBaseballClassic.
Ryan touched on his philosophy for integrating strength, flexibility, biomechanics, and periodization for arm health. This talk was hosted at @Creighton’s Health Sciences campus in Phoenix where we also received a tour of the facility with department chair, Jim Lynskey.
Day 2-3 of our spring break trip started w/ a scenic hike of Lookout Mountain Preserve and ended a tour of the @Royals facility led by our own @unomaha_ATP graduate @brad_groleau14! Earlier today (Day 3), we had the privilege of hearing guest speaker, Ryan Crotin of @ArmCarecom.
