.@AIDSHealthcare, our parent organization, has filed a lawsuit to stop California bill #SB10. The trickle-down housing policy is a giveaway to developers that will fuel gentrification. It will devastate working-class communities, especially those of color. SB 10 must be stopped.

Thank you @carybrazeman!! Certain players in the CA Legislature are indeed out of control. And many others are asleep at the wheel. #weneedtrees #localcontrol #buildforneednotgreed @LeimertU @livableca @UN_California

Ask yourself why the progressive YIMBYs are advocating to deregulate anything. When will they figure out their puppeteers are from the other side of the aisle?? Do YOU understand @CAgovernor?? #notaduplexlaw #wakeup NO on #SB9 & #SB10. Thank you @carybrazeman.

#SB9 and #SB10 will fuel gentrification and higher rents––and they have no requirements for affordable housing. They are bad for California.
@GavinNewsom needs to hear from you. Please call his office right now at 916-445-2841 and say he must veto SB9 and SB10.
If @GavinNewsom signs #SB9 and #SB10, many neighborhoods, especially low income, will fall victim to greedy developers.
Originally envisioned for Silicon Valley, #SB478 the "One-Bedrooms You Can't Afford" bill, is not a nice thing to do to working-class stable family neighborhoods.

Who are wiener and Atkins representing given polls show citizens overwhelmingly opposed to #SB9 and #SB10? If you didn’t guess “developers” then guess again.
.@GavinNewsom, California voters know that the trickle-down housing policies pushed by YIMBYs are bad news for middle- and working-class residents. It's why people are widely opposed to state bills #SB9 and #SB10. 48hills.org/2021/08/yimby-ho…

Devastating look at the fine print in #SB9 by @CindyMontanezLA in The Planning Report. Fire zones are not banned from SB 9 density. Sprawl is promoted. What a mess, in the fine print. @AsmJesseGabriel. @AsmLuzRivas. planningreport.com/2021/08/2…

Only a homeowner with $$$ can pay off their mortgage, split the lot and build 4 to 6 homes! #SB9 is NOT for the average person. It's for developers.
#SB9 was amended to require an owner to express an “intent” to live on the property for 3 years. But there is no enforcement for "intent"! Contact your assembly member and ask them to vote NO on SB9.
SB 9 is a mass upzoning by the state in which cities and communities are bystanders, even in the highest fire risk areas. livablecalifornia.org/sb-9-a…
