product people: what's the one thing you wish someone told you before your first PM job? not the framework. the thing you learned by getting it wrong in front of people. our students are about to hit that wall. what would you tell them?

“works on my machine” is not the end of the sentence. UPLIFT students hit an ARM64/AMD64 container mismatch, fixed the build, and got the app live. real constraints. real debugging. real confidence.

class win: a GitHub Actions pipeline, checks on every PR, and a coverage gate that blocks the merge. they wrote it, broke it, fixed it, shipped it. software education should include shipping software.

this week in UPLIFT class: app → container → ARM64/AMD64 debugging → ingress + DNS → Kubernetes → public internet not a tutorial. a real deployment. that's what our students are building in Salem.

Ask: → PMs/POs with 2+ years experience → 4–8 hrs/week → Remote is fine → Review student work + 1 live session/week We want people who remember being lost and want to shorten that runway for someone else.
