It’s my day 952 rant against @UPS…
I shipped 2 suitcases back from Sydney Aus. many months ago while on vacation. 1 arrived home, the 2nd has been declared lost by UPS. Nothing but finger pointing and no one taking responsibility for the mistake. Never use UPS!!!!
@KTLA @KTLAMorningNews @NBCNews even w/ receipts, photo proof of a drop off. If simple error is made they allow for the loss of hundreds of thousands of dollars and won’t remedy it. It feels as if they are aiding in the theft of their customers. Nat’l att is needed please
@KTLA @KTLAMorningNews @NBCNews we put our trust and careers in the care of @UPS and they refuse to take the time and care to help resolve the issue. They allow for theft of high value packages, and offer no solutions. Please help expose this possible ring of on going theft
