September is World #SinusHealth Awareness Month and we're shining a light on #CRSwNP, a chronic inflammatory disease that affects how people breathe, smell, and experience everyday life. We're working to develop a potential new treatment option to address this disease.
Today at #ERS2026, we presented the results from the Phase 2 VALIANT trial of verekitug in severe asthma. Dosed every 12 weeks, verekitug reduced asthma exacerbations and improved lung function, biomarkers, and symptom control vs placebo.

Today we announced pivotal Phase 3 development plans for #verekitug in severe #asthma and #CRSwNP. Following EOP2 meetings w/FDA, we will study a 400mg quarterly regimen in one pivotal trial in each indication, on track to initiate in Q1 2027.
